So awful they put a hold on account of mine and moved me around to 14 differnt people and in the end told me I had to go into the bank. It is madness 3 hours of my life to achieve nothing. GO SOOMEWERE ELSE. This is so insane

The US Bank branch in Van Nuys is terrible. I was told I could come in after lunch and Anna would gladly provide the signature medallion I needed. I called the branch to let them know I was on my way there, and was on Hold or the VM MerryGoRound for the full 20 minute drive. I was finally transferred to Anna just as I arrived at the bank. She told me she was too busy to provide the service, even after I reminded her it was her colleague who instructed me to come in. She repeated she was too busy to help me. I was a Union Bank account holder for many years before they merged with US Bank. I was never treated with disrespect by anyone at Union Bank. US Bank has not earned my business.

Don't come to this bank. We came to this bank for a 9am appointment and we're told that the person who opens accounts was running late. We went to move the car in the meantime. Once we came back we met Thet. We sat down and started taking about the process and how to open the account The moment my mom showed her Mexican ID, we noticed her behavior changed. Yes, we understand every bank has their rules. But we felt discriminated and every time we asked a questions, Thet was very rude and we sensed that she didn't want to help. We will be opening our accounts elsewhere.

Tried to open a business account, decided to go with a different bank (chase). They have the worst customer service, can't deal with the rudeness and lack of professionalism.

I was the only customer in the branch, and it took 14 min for Norma to find what the Routing number is for US Bank............ ??? Only after I provided her with the routing number was she able to complete my transaction.

USBank has a very fragmented service team. Local managers ineffective. No website contact link to get to senior management. Mobile system (app) fails often. After many years working with the this bank we now will need to move our business, personal and trust accounts to a more responsive and accountable bank.

Atrocious. How does a bank have an actual server stolen? Ask your friends at U.S. Bank! Then, when you ask them for copies of the checks you've bounced because of their awful security, they'll claim that they don't have records of such things. I wonder if I bounce my mortgage payment they'd be as understanding to my evasiveness. And, they've closed pretty much every location, leaving you with going into a market as your only option. I'm not really comfortable coming or going from a supermarket with a large amount of cash.

I just opened an account, and I found the service to be excellent. Ms. Reyes greeted me as soon as I walked in and went out of her way to make sure that all my needs were met and my concerns were addressed. Banking can be extremely stressful and it was nice to have someone so competent and caring helping me.

I went here to get some checks during my lunch break and it took over 30 min to help 4 people in front of me. This is the slowest service I've experienced at a US bank. Also, it didn't help that their ATM was not working

please change hours in description. Bank NOT opened on Saturdays! I will now not be able to pay my card on tome because bank has false hours!!!
