Literally just left this UPS. The office is clean, neat and tidy. The employees here- Angelica and Itzel- made it such a pleasant and swift experience to get my Passport photo done.Angelica even took my photo twice because I was nervous about having forgotten to take my glasses chain from around my neck. They both even helped me figure out where to go to get a money order from!The whole process took about 8-10mins max. And most of that time, was simply waiting for the photos to print out.Definitely coming back here if I need anything else.

⭐️is only given because of that politeness of staff. But lack of knowledge of their internal policy is horrendous that has costed me unintended fees and delays in delivering the package…. I Sent a package to Canada as a gift to get hit with 99$ ups brokerage fee for used/old iPhone/ MacBook Air that nobody informed me about at the time of shipping.. at delivery address, ups wasn’t even delivering the package until fee is paid online which their payment technology was down almost for days.. had to go through so many departments to get the payment process… even customer center for ups doesn’t accept payment according the robot agents who know nothing but apologizing…Worst experience with UPS, will never ship ever again.

Jesse is one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered at ups. Will be escalating the issue until he’s gone. Several customers walked out due to his behavior. Grow up dude.

Go to any other UPS store besides this one. The stores has a tip jar yet charges $2 for half a tape job. All the other stores I’ve gone to the store helps ya out… asking for tips yet you can’t do a simple customer service?Another time my Amazon return took 5 weeks to refund from this store. Go to another store, not this one.Have had multiple negative experiences with this store, just see the other reviews and responses. The staff is unfriendly, not of service, and asks for tips. Owner responding to this post is out of touch, use a different UPS store.. this ain’t it.

Some of the worst personal relations I have ever experienced in a place of public service, the manager was especially rude & unhelpful. I went to a similar business & got the job done without being brushed aside or belittled for not knowing certain procedures.

I got a quote online. Unfortunately my printer wasn't working, so I brought the package into the store and was charged 20% more for under a minute of the employee's time. I feel very cheated. Won't be back.

They wouldnt provide a ups envelope or even sell me one to ship through ups ? So silly. They dont even pay for theirs. UPS offers them for free to businesses

Horrible Customer Service! Angela and Jesse, the manager, lack customer service skills and are not helpful at all. I entered this location and requested a UPS Express envelope to ship a document. Rather than provide the free UPS envelope Angela attempted to sale shipping and packing envelopes. I let her know that I simply needed one envelope to ship a document that I didn't have at the time. However, since the UPS store was conveniently located next to my doctors office I figured I could resolve the need. This was a complete waist of time as they were only trying to sale their shipping products rather than resolve my need as a consumer. Consequently, I had to go to another UPS store and was provided with the Express envelope with no questions asked. I then called this location to express my concerns when I spoke with Jesse, the manager, who dismissed my concerns, lacked empathy and failed to listen to what I had to say. They need to undergo training on how to provide a better customer experience as consumers keep you in business! Do not use this location if you value receiving good service.

Hello today I went to get some paperwork printed out, and I had a very helpful individual under the name of Marco was very attentive to detail very helpful and made my experience, swift and easy. I also wanted to obtain information and details to other services that the store provides, and Marco was very on point. And knew every answer for each question I asked, was also generous enough to write down some of the information for me on a paper for my own notes I will continue to bring my business to this location that is reliable, friendly and straight to the point. Thank you.

I’ve been in this store twice but my experienced is bad especially the lady in the cashier. She entertained another clients aside from me which I’m not finish yet andNot good the way she answered your question not so pleasant!!!!And they will never assist you how to operate the machine they will change a penny to extend their help.Not accommodating!!

Horrible service and scams. I walk in with a box to this place and I forgot my printed label. When I look at it I realize it's usps and I apologize and started to leave. The lady with small built and glasses tells me we take it. It is however $3.60 for print. Which I agree to. When I came to pay she told me $9. And I ask her why? For putting a taping the label I. The box. Are you kidding me? I walked out and only paid for the paper that I already had in my car. I told her that you should have told me it's not 3.60 and it's 9. This is badTo respond to to your respond. My child is a 5 year old that took one business card and draw something on it while I was trying to send an email to you address. It is actually $3.90 with tax and would have been additional $4 to tape the label you print. She never told me from the beginning that that both taping and printing are additional cost total of $8.90. I wasn't gonna use my spit to tape the label. And I am hoping she is smart enough to know that. Either way I paid for the $3.90 which I agreed to not know there is gonna be addition later. I mail a lot of things and I am so happy to take my business else where. This is the first time that they tried to charge me for the label they print and charge me for it. I am not the first unhappy customer based on your reviews. As a business owner that should tell you something. I have multiple business and that's not how we treat our clients.
