In town from NY and was lucky to find the 8033 Sunset Blvd location. Everyone on the team was extremely helpful! Julia, Anthony and Carlos are exceptional. They went out of their way, on multiple occasions, to make my experience easy and successful. With my many shipping needs, each team member proved to be patient and overly accommodating. I would highly recommend this location as they provide incredible service. A++

I have to give the biggest shoutout to CHRIS and the team at this store. I needed to move some fragile large personal items like mirrors and pictures from LA to New York and check them in as luggage under the plane. Chris wrapped and packed everything in the most incredible, safe, protectively packaged way that not a single thing broke during transit. I would trust him with any future packaging needs. Thank you mate!! Legend !!

Definitely my favorite UPS location! The people who work here are super friendly, funny as all hell, and awesome! Never much of a wait here and there's a super convenient parking lot in the back.
