Aldo and Marc were so fabulous! they were both extremely friendly and so helpful. I loved how personable they were! I came in to drop some equipment and they handled it so quickly. The store was clean and smelled of fresh lavender which was so nice! They even gave me some local recommendations on food and restaurants in the area. It was the best UPS experience i’ve ever had! thank you both so much for creating such a friendly, warm, and welcoming environment. it felt like doing business with a friend! :)

Jada was exceptional in her customer service and problem-solving abilities. She was very Patient and communicative. Amazing attribute to the UPS store. The manager and notary republic, Aldo, was very helpful.

Love this UPS. They are professional and efficient. Parking can be a bit of a problem, but if your patient a spot will usually open up within a few minutes

I used to come here quiet often for return , print and copy however it won’t be happening soon again. I came at the beginning of the week and the employee name Eric was so rude and unprofessional. I was waiting my turn and he asked me a question to dismiss me before I could answer. He then proceed to clown me front of other customers and have the worst attitude. I mentioned that I wanna running out of battery because again HE ASKED and he shakes his hands in the air, rolling his eyes :”well it is what it is” I told him that I could have done without the rudeness and attitude and he made me feel so bad about even being there.I also want to give credit to the young girl with the bright colored hair and the gentleman with the long beard. They have always been professional and helpful. Maybe one of the two could train Eric on how to act professionally and in a courteous manner.

I just had horrible customer service from a gentleman that was working today Thursday March 16th at 4pm. He did not say hello and I could tell right from walking in he did not want to be there, etc. I just wanted to track a letter with important medical information, he just stared at me when I asked what I should do, since they would not accept the envelope I already had put stamps on and had ready for him. Normally they talk you through the process or start the next steps. He was just staring at me. Maybe he is new & or was not sure what to do. He walked extremely slow, hands in pockets, none responsive for all interactions after this, until I got frustrated and then he passive aggressively asked how my day was. He having trouble entering the addresses & was extremely rude the rest of the interaction. I said nothing rude in return, just replying that my day was not that great. He just stared after eventually giving me my receipt; no goodbye, anything. One of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a long time and I have extremely low expectations living in LA. Just because you hate your job does not mean you need to be rude to the customers.

So sad to give a bad review. I've been coming to this UPS because it is near my new home. All the employees here are very nice- except one (Eric) is not so nice- He gives me attitude and is rude every time. It's been many times already receiving his attitude. If you run a business the employee working should greet the customer when they see them - especially after the customer have to greet that employee first? I walk in I say "Hi, how are you?" Yet Eric completely ignored my greetings and doesn't say a world just rudely nodes and even rolls his eyes. - does not say "you are welcome" when I say "thank you" - if you are doing something - you see a customer walk in (and the only customer in store at the time)- you say "Hi, please wait I'll be right with you" No-Eric doesn't say any word but express frustration. However, a male customer behind me got greeted nicely by Eric like normal. He loudly and intentionally greeted the customer behind me on purpose to try to make some kind of a point? Female Friends and neighbor has said the same about this person. Not sure what his problem is but the rest of the employees there are all pleasant human beings. Perhaps the manager should talk to Eric about manners and customer service. Never had an experience like this with any employees from anywhere like this ever..don't know what I did to deserve this kind of treatment.
