Thought I stop here before going to work. The store is cleed 10 min past 9:00 am. Nobody picks up the phone. The sign says at 9:00 am

They impose a $5.00 fee for accepting a package for delivery for You to pickup saying it’s their policy but don’t have the policy posted or written anywhere in the building with everything else posted and when I asked to see it in writing the Manager and both employees stated it’s not in writing that’s just what they do, but the other day last week from the same company and also on another box today from the same company I didn’t get charged a $5.00 daily holding fee, so how 1 box has an all of a sudden random daily holding fee that’s allegedly their policy but it isn’t listed anywhere and they can’t show it in writing anywhere when asked and then the black employee starts getting confrontational, rude and sarcastic, the Hispanic employee Andrew gets frustrated and keeps trying to walk away and the manager Mike starts trying to make lame excuses ???

The gentleman has been working there for years. He and his young collègue have always been so polite and helpful. They are clear and swift. They will always do what is best for your parcels to arrive in great condition and on time. They have all the supplies needed to ship anything from a large screen monitor to plain important papers. I’ve been going there for 17 years and always come out with a smile. ?

The place is easy to get to, there might be a line and some waiting time at the counter since they work with one customer at a time. They helped me get my label and fill out some details for my package.

If I could give zero stars, I would I had a very simple question but the managers name, Mike and I’m not sure if he gave me a fake name or not but I’m not sure of his nationality and he was talking on his cell phone when I walked into the store, but immediately told me I need to pick up my service animal which I have papers for again I had a question but Michael was so rude. Don’t even wanna do business with UPS ever again and then the people who work for him I didn’t catch your name, but she was an African-American lady with curly hair, and she just listen to him like she was scared to lose her job or something if she doesn’t obey him anyway, it was a horrible experience and I’ll never do business with UPS again I would much rather go to FedEx or USPS before I do business with UPS

I kept having to correct the guy at the counter on what I wanted shipped and how I needed it shipped because he kept assuming incorrectly, and was rude when I interjected with confusion and questions to correct him. Plus he spelled things wrong twice despite me enunciating loudly and clearly. Boxes also unavailable. Overall opposite of helpful and I wish I had never gone there

Worst UPS ever. They charge for many services other locations provide for free & they don’t take USPS items. Owner only interested in profit. Avoid at all costs.

Quick and efficient service. I went there to return an item with a QR code, which seemed quite an impossible task on two nearby UPS locations that did not accept QR codes as form of returns.There was no line, I was served right away, and in less than one minute I was out with my return receipt as well.Could be tricky to Park, because the shop faces, the Main Street, however, there are a few spots right outside by the sidewalk

Very helpful. Employee correctly informed me that my Amazon return was "customer packed". I was unaware of that stipulation. They said not to worry this time and took care of it. This has been my go-to shipping spot, today reinforced.

This UPS store is a life-saver ... Because I shop on-line .. Sometimes I need to return items...And it's conveniently located in Westchester...Great service ... They will print-out return labels & secure the packages for shipping...I just wish they offered US Postal Services .. But it is a UPS Store...Thank-You for taking care of my returns...Grateful...ms. glen

Was able to get a quick, last minute notary on a Sunday. The price was right also! I have used this location to ship packages before, and have been satisfied with the service each time.

Went to return a package with a label. Was told to go here by a staples employee. The employee refused to do anything saying they only shipped envelopes? He said it is a USPS label, but it was both, and have returned it at UPS every time. Highly suggest people go to the UPS off Lincoln instead. Terrible service.
