Can’t highlight one only, but the main two reasons are that workers are extremely kind and acknowledged about anything I asked them ever in regards of mailing and related things, as well as the quick delivery system itself.

I rarely go to this ups store but each time I do I immediately regret it.
I do not understand why in order to be helped shipping a box, I have to show them my ID. I have sent many boxes via postal service and never presented them my ID.
The staff is not friendly or helpful, but rather judgemental and patronizing... I would have left but they had my ID.
So I paid surcharge and overcharge and still had to listen to them schooling me on packaging since I never shipped a box before and did it all wrong.
Still holding my ID they asked if return address also on shipping label was current...indeed can u see they r matching...why ask for ID then....
Anyway over $100 was my total but doesn't guarantee to arrive in a week...

Depending on the mood of the employees, I found that the two gentlemen, there are very helpful when it comes to specifying with your needs are.
The one young female that works there makes it feel as though she’s doing you a favor
And then again at other times while using this location quite often it’s depending on really how they will feel, but I’ve never gotten a positive experience from the one female. She’s very is supposed to be welcoming.
It’s right in my area therefore I will continue to go for it, but it would help if they had just a little bit more warm to the customers and maybe the helping larger packages no matter who you may be offering to help without standing around waiting for several loads of boxes

I've been very disappointed with the service at this store. During my last two visits, the employees displayed unprofessional behavior. This made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.I understand that everyone has bad days, but unfortunately, this seems to be a recurring issue at this location. I hope that the management can take steps to improve the customer experience and ensure that all employees treat customers with respect.

Avoid this place like the plague, especially the short and very large Mexican girl that works there. Always has an attitude and a rude smirk. She clearly is very unhappy with her job and herself! Read the google reviews, it seems more people have had the same horrible experience with her! Filed a complaint with corporate.

Awful customer service1. The guys never help me to carry my big heavy box2. The have tapes but they said I have to pay3. Then I said I go to different store4. All the guys never said a word when I am in the small tight store.5. None of them offer to help me6. I have to initiate the conversation7. I have to insist one of them to carry the box back into my carAwful service

If you are a woman please do not go here. You have 4 men in there that get off on being nasty to customers (like other people mentioned below) but I’ve noticed it worse with the women. There is no need to be nasty to customers just for “fun.” It not only made me very uncomfortable but it actually made me feel really unsafe how they treated me. Please drive the extra 5 minutes to go to any other store, you won’t regret it.

Like others said...go to a real UPS store not this franchise store. Go elsewhere. Unprofessional does not even begin to describe the demeanor at this store. It is not worth being treated horribly as a paying customer. The employees in there have some personal issues if you know what i mean... Go to a real UPS!
