When I entered the UPS store, no one greeted me.
The guy helped me out, but he was very rude.
I thanked for the service he didn't even bother responding to me.

If you’re frustrated as hell by not being able to chat with a live human via UPS channels, go and visit Nigel and his team for amazing customer service and problem-solving.
They’re accountable, friendly and extremely customer-service driven.
A rarity these days.

Most of the team is incredibly nice and patient, however I saw Daniel Morales berate and yell at his coworkers then Daniel angrily turns to the customers for justification of his anger. It was a cringe scene and completely unprofessional, it created a tense environment. And was the exact opposite of the environment I would expect from the UPS store.
For what it worth I told the kid being yelled at I’m reporting him…. Good guy said please don’t he is my friend however Daniel’s actions don’t just hurt his coworkers it makes for a tense experience for the customers.
Super weird.

I love this ups store, guys always ready to help. I had to send my package to Ukraine, but almost noone does delivery nowadays because of horrible situation there.Manager of this store advised me to use dhl and drop off my package there, and i want to thank Handsy (sorry if i wrote name not correct) he helped me and explained in filling all info! Thank you guys for your service!
