They charge you to tape up your box. What a joke. I’ll just go to Glendale UPS from now on- they don’t charge for tape.

I can't thank Delfin, Bill, and Edgar enough. I accidentally left my Kindle Scribe in an Amazon return and was completely panicked. They didn’t have to help, but they went out of their way—literally digging through multiple huge return boxes to find my package. Their kindness truly restored some of my faith in humanity. Huge thanks to both of them.Plus, my initial visit, which included paying for the packaging, was great too!

I had a huge shipment of 10 boxes going out and I was a bit nervous as sending so many precious items across state lines was new for me. Del was so patient and knowledgeable. He made the whole experience fun and made me feel secure in my shipping choices. Thank you UPS Atwater!!

I dropped off a package here and it was never scanned never sent, now tracking shows no information. UPS store is not a part of UPS. Can’t trust a UPS store to send out a package—what the hell I have to go to UPS hub itself.

Attendant with short blonde hair was incredibly rude and was berating me for not having taped my box. Have never had a similar experience in other UPS locations. Poor customer service and will not be returning to this location.
