I come here all the time and there's great service from the staff and owner, but what made me write this review was the fact that I was in an accident outside of the store, and Ed did everything in his power, and went out of his way to help me after the accident. That is above the responsibility and duty of any store owner and I am very thankful for that. These are the kind of people you want to do business with

Went to this store to do a print job, thankfully the printer is in good working order. One of the workers named Dre saw I was really thirty and offered me a bottle of water when I asked is there was a store that sold beverages within walking distance. Not only did they help me with my print job, but he (Dre) took the time to offer me a drink. Which is above and beyond his job description, I am grateful for his individual kindness. Management take notice of this young man!

Easily the worst UPS Store experiences Ive ever had thanks to Dre. I don't know if he is always so rude but I was treated like I was robbing the place. I will never go back.
I do appreciate the management responded.

The team at 2202 Figueroa was exceptional in every way. They were knowledgeable, polite and super helpful. In particular, the label printed prior to drop off was unreadable but they caught it, manually typed all the necessary information before i even knew there was a problem and i made the shipping cutoff! Thanks guys

Every time I walk into this store I’m greeted with a smile and immediately feel the energy circulating in the room. All of the workers seem like they’re happy to be there and genuinely enjoy working with each other. I learned about so many new things that UPS stores have to offer that I had no idea about. (Never knew that they could print posterboards!). I know that when I drop off my packages they’re always going to get to where they’re supposed to go.

Ed helped me create these sticker/labels for my son’s champagne party. Not only are they perfect but, he was patient, knowledgeable, and helped me create this vision I had for my diy project. The customer service here is top tier. All the employees were welcoming and helpful. This was my first time visiting this location. I will definitely be back for all my printing needs and refer this store. Thanks Ed ?
