We had amazing help on the 29th of July 2024 at around 8.40pm from the man called Scissors ( we are not sure if we spell his name correctly so sorry if w Edie it wrong ) .This company is very lucky to have this man on board . He should have a big commission for helping us try to sort our major issue with UPS which is lost parcel from London to Las Vegas which is still not sorted . He stayed after hours for us , let us use his personal mobile phone to call USA as we just landed in California and we didn’t have a chance to buy SIM card . Thank you so so much ..

The best location in Los Angeles to get your shipping done. From the owner of the location and even his own employees show my and Tean i respect with A1 family service everything. All my packages have made it to their destination. I only trust this location with my most important packages.

Caesar and Shane helped us to ship over 70 packages an hour before closing. It was tedious and time consuming but they did it with a smile and even stayed late! Super nice and great service!!

Waited and they said the printers were down for printing paper prints but they were printing ups labels. I had some returns ready with QR codes and made me wait 15-25 minutes not acknowledged just talking about random things with coworkers after 30 minutes decided to walk out and leave. They stay open until 9 but the employees check out earlier.

The manager is lazy and a liar. Said there was a 150 weight of what they accept… what’s the point of their dolly's then? To carry 10 lbs? 150 they charge more according to website and that’s it. I worked at UPS and if that were that limit UPS wouldn’t have business. Employees besides manager were great though.

I HAD to write a review to share how great Trevor was. I was here at this store before closing when I had to print and fax something for the IRS. The online system was down so despite having already uploaded and ready to go, I couldn't print it out to send on time! Trevor was so positive and helpful and even stayed late to try and help me get everything taken care of. I had to drive home to email it to the store, but Trevor was patient.Thank you for being a class act and making it happen Trevor! I couldn't be happier or more grateful.

Trever is the man! I had no issues, my guy legit handled everything for me gave me a receipt within about 20 seconds of walking into the store, told me not to worry he's got my back. I'll travel further for that kind of service. Exceptional! This guy needs a raise!!! Not to mention I walked in with 2 minutes till closing!

The customer service was great but the people coming in of this place are rude and in a hurry . One person had a bunch of packages on a huge dolly and he was saying excuse me to my mom as he was not patient enough to wait for her to move . I wouldn't recommend such a location

Prompt quick service and one of the cleanest and most organized UPS stores I've seen. Very glad they had notary service and they patiently walked us through the process and was able to drop off a prepaid package. It gets busy around 4-5ish as entire fashion district is dropping off their loads, but thankfully they've got a huge staging area!

Unbelievable!Other people and myself had to wait a long time. It happened that the manager was late. And no one could open the store but him. People have things to do, management should at the time posted.
