I told someone that the notary lady didn't fill out her name on my paper, (i was in there 5 minutes prior). apparently you don't need to fill out that part but at another location they did the day before. I just needed it for my Husband and I. Anyways, all I did was ask a question to the man with the dreads and he was so mean to me I don't understand why? almost as if I was complaining, but I was just asking a question. Like can she please just fill out the bottom with the date. I'm only coming on here to write a review because i hope it doesn't happen to someone else, like an elder man or anyone ! You don't need to be rude to people and if you don't like your job or if you yourself are going through something, stopped taking it out on customers. As far as the Notary lady Jocelyne C, she came out and explained the other store must have made a mistake and it should be left blank. that's all i needed to know. She was nice. That man needs to not be so aggressive.

Came in to send a package at 6:40 I checked in with a cashier and asked to print out a few pages that I had to fill out and include in my package. I let the cashier know that I will be sending it out and stepped aside to fill my paperwork. He told me if it won't take more than 5 mins it's fine. Three minutes pass by and another customer walks in and they tell him that they already closed registers. MIND YOU IT WAS 6:47 at the moment. I turn to the guy who I checked in with and ask "does that mean I can't ship out my package?" Had he goes "yeah, we close our registers 15 minutes before closing" Absolutely insane.. They close at 7:00 There is a sign in front that shows 7pm On top of all of that they ate rude and lacking customer service communication skills

I guess I should have read the reviews before using this UPS location. Apparently if you don't just allow them to be rude to you and snap at you for giving your phone number too fast, they'll just tell you to leave and go to FedEx. Being rude is one thing but denying service for being called out for it is another. There's obviously no care for the company or job...beyond having less than zero care about a customer's package getting delivered. If you have something important to deliver I would recommend (to quote the UPS store guy) "you can go somewhere else".

The absolute worst customer service I've ever seen it was one of the worst conversations I've ever had with a manager of a post office at first the mail man who helped me looked like he hates his job and everyone else and the manager applauding him for it, she was the worst manager I've ever meet no respect towards the customers with her snarky attitude towards women and children, completely mental because as I walked back in she was laughing talking about me in-front of other customers there, with the African American mail man.

Joshua is an outstanding employee! UPS should give him an 8% raise. He helped me tremendously send a care box to my friend in India. It was very difficult to get there in a few days. But Joshua came through. I highly recommend this store. - Stan S.

The chick with the long hair and glasses had a serious attitude problem. She won't get far ahead in life with that. I gathered my amazon returns and just walked out the door while she was assisting me. She wasn't even listening to what I was saying, telling me i have to purchase multiple boxes or bags to return my items. Amazon literally states that ups will do all of this for free. She was so rude yo. Like have fun rotting away at the ups store.

Had a worst experience with sending out packages here after thousands dollars of shipping, the way talking to me today like i did something wrong or what, today would be my last time to come here to send out packages. period, hey you know what they would not care anyways.

Extremely rude staff , they seem to be very argumentative , walked in on them having issues with another customer and they proceeded to be extremely rude to me as well looking to escalate things as others have mentioned, this place is out of control and seems very poorly run as others have stated. They scream and give customers attitude regularly as this is the second time I've seen the same people behaving this way. It seems very common with this location , those that want to report to corporate can do so here as it seems like many others have had similar experiences. Store number is 4977. Their franchise should be reviewed.

Both the assistant manager Joshua and the woman manager were extremely rude to my boyfriend. The manager especially who was saying all types of nonsense and told him to "get the f*** out of my store" We ended up going to a different UPS where we were helped with friendly service and no issues. It sounds like all the employees here have 0 customer service skills, embarrassing!

This is the second time I show up to this location and the employees have decided to close early. Even if you call ahead and ask for their hours, they don't give you their actual store hours. They printed out a store hours schedule and taped it to the door once again, without updating their store hours online. Be more consistent please.

Warning to anyone needing to drop off packages before closing. Yesterday 10/2. I searched the website for Ups location and this one pop up. Claiming to close at 7. I arrived by 6:45 and the lady behind the counter, let's just say has an attitude towards me and another customer who walked in. Where closed. We close 15 min before closing hours. So they cash out there registers so they can get out early. Which is poor customer service. Millennials. I needed a box and the lady infront of me me needed tape, money lost from us. Also I asked for a business card to relay the to manager and i state I've been to plenty of UPS stores and this is the first time I've been sent away. She like "Where not UPS" Why argue with a customer is beyond me. Maybe change your name cause it's say UPS. I mail our packages with my online site and just moved to downtown won't be doing business here. Cause of poor customer service. So your franchise lost money.

Avoid this location at ALL COSTS. This place deserves to be cleared out and shut down by corporate. Let me preface this review by saying I am a very non-confrontational person and generally very easy to please. I also haven't felt compelled to write a review in a while, but as soon as I walked out I knew I needed to. My fiancé and I came into the store yesterday (10/2) around 5PM to make an Amazon return. We had already paid to print out the Amazon label online via a UPS print order and despite that, the store insisted they did not have our order. We insisted that we paid and even showed them a receipt of the UPS print order, but they refused to acknowledge it. They dismissed us by saying "you need to pay us, not Amazon" - even though we did in fact pay them online and have receipts to prove it. We didn't pay Amazon anything, and this is not our first Amazon return. We know how this works. We didn't want to argue and cause a scene though, so we paid them again in-store. This is where it gets ugly. The two employees checking us out (Michael was one of them, and I can't recall the woman's name) proceeded to be EXTREMELY rude to us. They continually made snarky comments to us, treated us like we were complete idiots, and were looking at us in disgust the entire time. EVERYTHING they said to us was said in an extremely rude, condescending tone that made us feel like we were stupid and not worthy to even be standing in their presence. I swear, it's almost as though they were TRYING to get us to fight them back and cause a scene. I will reiterate we never pushed back on these people nor argued even though we knew we were in the right. We handled it as professionally as we could, and ended up walking out in disbelief after the transaction. As soon as we walked out we looked at each other and swore we would never be back. I have never been treated like this by anyone before anywhere and left feeling extremely insulted. Another fun tidbit-- right before we walked in there was an altercation that happened with these same two employees and another customer. At first, I felt bad for the employees and wondered why the customer was so heated with them. Now, after what we experienced, I have no doubt in my mind the argument was sparked by the employees working in this store and I am sure the customer was in the right. UPS Corporate - if you are reading this, please look at all the other reviews stating similar experiences and investigate this store. Staff deserves to be cleared out.

I do not assign such a critical low rating based on lack of professional skill or ability, rather on what I considered to be an utter unprofessional business practice based on professional conduct and common courtesy. The two employees in this location are simply a disgrace, unprofessional and disrespectful and lack the most basic and elementary education in customer relations and service. Dropped off an Amazon package more than 8 days ago which has not reached Amazon and simply had a question after Amazon had told me to contact the ups store. Neither one of the employees bothered to have a simple polite conversation, instead, resorted to yelling over one another on the speaker phone. These two uneducated and unprofessional individuals were so rude and unprofessional and disrespectful and preferred yelling over the speaker phone than to simply have a polite professional phone conversation like a normal representative of a business or even a normal adult phone conversation. Simple common courtesy and professional conduct and a simple educated and polite phone conversation was apparently too much to ask, regardless of what occurred with the package. It's not what you say, it's how you say it. Learn some manners........

Terrible staff here. Yelp and their posted hours show Saturday closes at 4pm. Came at 3:36pm to drop off a UPS packages. Just need to drop off as it was pre-labeled. Door was locked and staff said they closed at 3:30pm. Luckily UPS truck was out front and offered to take it. Avoid this location if you can as they are not at all helpful or willing to help.
