Jamie is a super human. I called last minute with an unusual request and he got to me real quick. NOW i will say this place specialized in legal and medical documents for HIGH VOLUME ITEMS. LIKE BOATLOADS OF PAGES AT ALL TIMES. And yes, the doors lock at 5 PM, but they are there if you call them. If not, you can E-mail them which is listed on their website. They are super responsive.

Jaime from Unlimited Copy Services delivered the most STELLAR customer service I've ever received. And this is no exaggeration!! I was working on a court case back in July at the 11th hour. Literally. By 1am, I realized I needed copying services -- I had over 100 pages that needed Xeroxing before my court case at 8:30am that morning. I frantically called around and sent emails to a few 24-hour services that were listed on Google. No one got back to me, except for Jaime at Unlimited Copy Services. He returned my voicemail immediately, to my huge relief. Jaime was so kind and went above and beyond. At 1:41am, Jamie texted me his email so I could send him all my documents for copying. At 2:06am, Jamie had three sets of 69 pages assembled perfectly with binder clips. I asked him where he was located so I could pick up the copies. Jaime offered to deliver the documents to me instead!! By 3:21am, we met up at my neighborhood Walgreen's parking lot for the copy hand-off. Jaime was going to charge me something ridiculously low like $50 for the copies. I insisted on paying him more for his time, effort, and energy -- $125 (see attached receipt). You can't put a price tag on that kind of service -- especially when dealing with Los Angeles Superior Court!! I can't recommend Jaime's business enough!! (Although whether or not he'll meet you in a Walgreen's parking lot at 3:21am for a copy hand-off is entirely up to him!!)

Fantastic job. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Left a message on a Friday night around 8 pm for a rush print job needed by 8 am the next day, files wouldn't be ready until 5 am. Jaime called back in about an hour, and worked with me to figure out the logistics and timeline for our production's needs. Saturday morning at 5 am, I asked to change the order (to print more documents) and they were able to accommodate, and finish the job earlier than anticipated. Very clear communication, kept me updated and even asked how far away we were so he could let us know what time to leave for pick up so we could get it as soon as the printing was finished. Truly fantastic service, hope to use them again in the future.

Don't waste you time to come on this place in the middle of the night and I call them 10 times and I keep rotating the building no one is there even the building is locked so don't waste you time to come please thanks.

Jaime came through at the last minute, midnight, out of the blue, to make sure my printing needs were met. He worked with me to get everything looking how I wanted, was very reasonably priced, and was a pleasure to do business with. People in search of late-night printing, even during Covid, would do keep this number handy. They do have a minimum order of $45, but I am constantly having to have things printed late, at the last minute. To be able to print in the evening and not have to leave it until the morning is worth double that.

I highly recommend this place. I called the representative on Sunday, and I was able to schedule a time to have my documents copied and scanned during the coronavirus. The copy jobs were completed in a timely matter. I did not have to wait very long. The person met me outside and escorted me into the building. All the work was performed in a timely and professional manner.
