Wanna buy boxes, tapes or other packing stuff for a very, very decent price? This is the store you have been looking for! Please find Ragel (aka. Rahel) here. He is the real professional in this store. He is quick, well communicating, super kind and knows about the business perfectly well. Most of the staff is very friendly. I say most because on the first day I walked-in there, Ragel was on vacation I guess, I had to deal with a guy who didn't speak any English or Spanish. Thanks god, one lady came out of her office and helped me that day. I strongly recommend this place.

The customer service and staff at Universal is amazing and extremely helpful. I purchase all my packaging supplies ranging from corrugated boxes to sealing tape from there and they deliver to me on the same day. Very reliable and are a big part of my logistics and distribution.
