Crazy me thinking you can go into this bank and exchange cash for quarters. Nope not at this bank. You need to have an account. To exchange money for money. What's up with that? Crazy thing is the teller was great and was going to give me change but then got shot down by 2 women on desks in the back, talking to me in 3rd person even though I was right there and can hear them lol. Crazy smh. Now I know why I was the only person in the place and parking lot was empty. Funny thing is I have no problem opening an account with them but was never offered. Just shut down and take your losses now.

Feel ashamed when you sending money to my love ones and they did not allowed to give money thru my atm card ! this bank denied it , feel upset I have money in this bank but I can’t use it ???

Sure, the tellers are really nice but the Bank seems really Shady Mickey Mouse. They tell ya enroll in "online banking" but still -$5 a month. Drip, drip goes the faucet and corporate america gets all your money

This bank is pretty old school, slow, and not really worth it. Many other banks provide convenience and flexible hours, but not this one. The bank tellers and associates aren't very knowledgeable - opening a bank account (not me but I was there!) took an unreasonable amount of time with much back and forth and mistakes by the associate. And they are curt and rude most of the time too. My family has been banking there for decades. Since they are set in their ways, they have no desire to switch at this point. My advice is take your business elsewhere.

I've banked there for well over 20 years and it has been a great bank, however with the new management change the bank has declined extensively. There is no longer a commitment to customer service and I can no longer be comfortable or trusting my money there. I know myself and several others have closed their accounts due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the management and some of the staff. It is a shame. It use to be a trustworthy establishment but after the way I've been treated by the management, clearly there is no value on long term customers. I am glad I've made the change and put my money in banks who value customers. Good riddance Universal!

Extremely dissatisfied...I called this location to verify that my debit card was no longer active so that I can discard it due to fraud on my account & was told by a gentlemen there that yes, it was inactive & safe to toss & that my new card will be mailed to me in 3-4 days. 2 1/2 weeks later no card in the mail & corporate office says I have to go into the location to sign to get a new card?! I was never told this before & the Monterey park location & the Rosemead branch that I usually frequent have always been able to mail me a card when my account has been compromised without having to sign a "form" this bank called me to inform me of the fraudulent activity on my card...but failed to tell me to go and sign the "special form" this bank/corporation is stuck in like the 80's with old policies that inconvenience the customer instead of helping. Do not recommend!!!

Branch Under new management; great service and great financial servicing or business relationships. Everyone all Courteous and welcoming. Feels like a value customer.
