This is on the P1 level/garage! Good location. Small but fast.

Love this location. Always greeted with a smiling face. I wish people would respect the lunchtime closing hours.

Specifically because of the area this post office is located there are many people who are on a lunch break while trying to handle business. The Google hours state lunch is 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM however, each time I have attempted to go to this post office they have assigned that they are arriving back at 2 PM. It will be great to simply update your hours with Google so people can plan appropriately.

Showed up at 4pm on the dot. Lady at the counter told me they were closed and I couldn’t send anything out. Zero empathy, terrible customer service. Technically, no customer service was provided.

Check your receipt! Looked at my son's receipt from early today and they charged him for his own used padded envelope. You can tell it was used because I taped a white index card with the address and taped it on the manilla colored envelope and taped over the previously cut opening.

This post office has quite a couple problems. First of all, not just it's understaffed, I wasn't allowed to use the drop-off slot to mail a couple letters I already stamped, as I was told to just get in line and hand it to the clerk, given with how there wasn't a mail collection bin behind the drop off slot.Second of all, I was yelled at for using the handheld postmark stamping device that was left at the front desk that was in reach of everyone to use, which should have been left in the back, because from time to time at my local post office, when the handheld postmark stamping device is left at the front desk, I'm always told that I could use it.If you want to really fix anything, always put a bin at the drop off slot so people that are in a rush can drop their letters off without having to wait in a long line where there is only one employee on duty, and make sure that the post office isn't always understaffed! I'm only going to come here if I'm not in a rush, or if I have no choice in the future.

I recently sent important documents via registered mail from this Post Office, and I'm thrilled with the experience. The staff was meticulous in handling the paperwork and ensuring my package's security. The quality of their service was exceptional, and the peace of mind I had knowing my items were in safe hands was priceless. This Post Office is my go-to choice for sending sensitive materials.

Was just treated horribly by desk clerk and told never to come back. He didn’t like that I had numerous pre-paid and packed USPS packages to place in his bin. This was zero work for him. I am really disappointed. I had driven across town to go to this one in particular because this same clerk had been kind to me before. I wonder if he realizes that if he tells everyone else to leave that is patronizing his business that he won’t have a job? As a female small business owner I feel belittled and also wondered if he would have treated a man the same way? The mail handler was there at the same time and advocated for them to accept my package. What a difference in being treated by two people at the same company.

The USPS receptionist treated me terribly treated me horribly, using foul language, and even called me "nasty" when I arrived with numerous pre-paid and packed USPS packages for placement in his bin, despite it requiring zero effort on his part. I am extremely disappointed by his disrespectful behavior. Most of the time, he displays this discourteous attitude, and I typically visit the place 2-3 times a month. He also mistreats other people. I have sent an email to the Century City manager about this issue, as such behavior should not be tolerated. If I could, I would rate his conduct well below zero.

The gentleman working here was so kind and attentive to each one of us in line. Great visit and have me the information I was looking for.
