Went there to pay my bill and get my items bk. Thought they took debit or at least had a ATM. He screamed at me, CASH ONLY. I’m like ok, calm down, no need to yell very aggressively. It threw me off so fast I rushed off to find a ATM to get this exchange done and forgot my I.D. The guy was so angry I checked him on his customer service skills he lied with a straight face to say “ its not here”. I had JUST left it. I was also over charged buying a necklace from the shop. He told me to bring my receipt when I come bk if I needed to ever pawn it. I fell upon hard times again and went bk. I forgot the receipt when I went but remembered the cost. The same mean man said I was wrong about how much I paid for it. Said it was $50 less if bought from him. I never went back. Hard times shall pass but hard grime lives forever ⚫️ I will admit that out of the two men always there 1 is nicer than the other and makes sure you get what your collateral is really worth?

If you need to pawn your jewelry or sell your jewelry come in great people great prices , never once have I had a problem. If I need to ever pawn my jewelry again this is definitely where I'm coming back too!

If there was a negative rating I would give it. My car was stolen from the west LA VA and my MacBook Pro 15 inch I use for work and school was in it. This Terrible business purchased it because as soon as I looked it up on find my iPhone it showed there. I called and he just said to contact them on Monday. Seriously! Horrible customer service and definitely NOT RECOMMENDED since they apparently do conduct business with criminals. The way I see it they are part of the theft.

He broke my piece. Absolutely no responsibility. He was just supposed to clean it and ended up breaking it and making it worse. I really wanted to slap him. Doesn't look like anybody goes there anyways but if anybody happens to read this review.... don't go here.
