Sarkis helped us find a laminate flooring that both looks great, and is waterproof. Since we have a 1 year old, it will get plenty wet. Sarkis also supplied us with an awesome cork underlayment that is super flexible and helps deaden the sound for our downstairs neighbor. We would do business again with him in a heartbeat.

Sako is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. Any questions regarding any flooring, engineered flooring, or hardwood he knows his floors. Glad he came across and now I know where to go for all my flooring needs. Also the pricing is fair as well.
