They low ball you big time ! If you're turning in gaming consoles go to gamestop. They offered me 40 bucks for a 1tb Xbox One S, 5 games, and three controllers. Gamestop gave me $110.

Bought a coin there that I thought looked cool. I asked if the coin was a real silver and was told it was. When I got home I checked the coin and found out it was fake. I went back to get my money back. The owner argued with me after a while but confirmed it was fake. I told him it’s illegal to sell fake coins. He said I should have known it was fake and he wasn’t going to give me my money back but after I threatened to call the police since he knowingly sold a fake coin he told me I could pick some other real coins instead. Never will go back. Well, this happened about 2 years ago. The other day I was by there and still remembered my bad experience and I wanted to share.

One Start rating is too much for this place! EXTREMELY unprofessional, rude and that noun that starts with "A" and ends with "HOLES"They don't care about their treatment of community since they know most patrons have no other option around.Same, run-down items on display for years.The owner and his stout, male employee minion laugh at and belittle customers while giving them the lowest possible deal on items for sale or pawn.ZERO customer service skills, especially over the phone.AVOID this place if at all possible.

I have been going to Union pawn shop for a few years now they are respectful kind and courteous with their customers if you call them and let them know that you need more time they work with you I have never had any problems or issues with them Best pawn shop in town.

One of the most unprofessional, ghetto pawn shops that I’ve ever been to.I brought in a $800 laptop with a crack on the shell, and this guy said he couldn’t take it.Not worth the time to even drive here.

The owner is not a decent human being, and he’s not from the neighborhood. Preying on people’s misfortune during a pandemic is a special kind of ugly. There are nicer better stocked pawn shops that are also locally owned all over East LA. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

The Russian owner is a terrible person, and there are other, much nicer pawn shops nearby that are neighborhood / locally owned. The shop itself has almost nothing for sale inside, and you can literally feel them hoping that you aren't able to make your payment so they can get you you $37. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Friendly staff. Eager to help and very reasonable. When I take my expensive guitars there I know they're safe. I highly recommend Union Pawn for any of your borrowing needs.
