Don't take your car to collision center. The worst paint shop I have ever used. They painted my car look horrible. They said it was the air compressor. They said they will paint the car a second time for free when I pick up the car it look the same. Took it for a third time. The car look just as bad a first time. This process took like 2 months. Save money and time . Don't take your car to this shop.

CAUTION!!!! I strongly advise you to NOT do business with these people. This business is also known as D&S Auto Repair. But once potential lawsuits arise they switch their names to other business names located at this physical address. I took my car in for a clutch job gone bad. My clutch was in fact changed but at the expense of a list of damages that they caused to my vehicle. I have a video recording of Tony taking almost an hour to improperly tow my car. My axle was damaged from Tony trying to drag my car to the center if the street instead if him pulling directly behind my car and hitching it to his tow truck. Then an additional dent was in my car in which he refuse to take responsibility for. When picking up my car Tony inserted someone else's key into my ignition and got it stuck. Which lead to one of the mechanics by the name of Ceasar (Johan) to drill my ignition out and replace it with an off brand none chip ignition like my car was initially equipped with. Each time I was called to the shop tontest drive my car something else was wrong with it. And they refused to take responsibility for their errors. The mechanics kept referring me to speak with Sarafin whom does not speak fluent English at all. I received several text messages from random people linked to the shop stating new issues with my car. But when I inquire in person about the text messages no one seems to know what I'm talking about and instantly says "oh I didn't know anything about that". I repeatedly requested an itemized invoice regarding the work that had been done to my car along with the recommended work they advised me of via text and phone. But to no avail my request was not honored. Long story short....If your in need of an auto shop to assist you with AUTO INSURANCE SCAMS, you've come to the right place. But if you are in need of HONEST, REPUTABLE MECHANICS, you need to look else where. I've recently learned that the parts used to fix your car are ALL recycled from junkyards are other cards parked within their shop. I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THIS COMPANY BEFORE LETTING THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR.

Do not waste your time and money. Brought my car in when it overheated, and was charged without being told what would be changed. Once it was "fixed" the car would start, but would turn off on me while driving. I brought my car in on a weekly basis for a month in an effort to get it fixed but they did nothing to fix it. It got to the point whee I would call and they would hang up on me and block my number. Definitely do NOT recommend.

This place poses a danger to pedestrians. There is a full Dempsey dumpster always outside on the parkway. There is an old bathtub next to it along with a lot of debris and graffiti. They had pit bulls that attacked the dogs of two of my friends walking their own dogs on a leash because they didn't keep the gate closed. They park the cars they are working on and have bought at auction all over the residential streets in violation of local zoning laws. The owner is a horrible person who lives on Vineyard. Don't take your car there if you want it cared for professionally. This place is a DUMP..

Its great love there service it's a mom & pop shop with good old school teqnuiqes that ensure you're vehicle is looking good yes ofcourse im speaking of the collision unit .
