I wrote the account number in the back with my signature and the number of the share number and the teller deposited to the wrong account. Careless mistake she didn’t went look at my signature or the account it was to go in. Then she put a hold on it and when I called they couldn’t move to the correct account

If you come to this Branch don't go to Martha not Martha Sepulveda she's always very nice and wants to work. But the other Martha every encounter was a issue with her. Her energy is seems like she doesn't want to help customers in the time of need

Wish I can give them a negative star. Been with this company over 10 years and was with Eagle Credit Union before the merge. Man I'm done with this credit union and save yourself the heartache of joining them. They closed all branches near us and we can only go to uncle credit union and take out 500 a day. They say one thing and totally do another and say sorry that's all we can do. Bye Unify I'll be switching pretty soon to a credit union that I can walk into. F unify if you don't 850 credit score they don't give one F about you.

All their tellers are smart, friendly and quick. Christopher Forrester is a knowledgeable, friendly and dare I say the most helpful banker I've ever met! I'm glad my son talked me into opening an accountant here.

UNIFY isn't what it seems. They HAVE TO BE IN ON THIS. They generated the check. Why give this financial "front" assess to your personal information - that they could sell? Think of what information they ask for when you open an account. If identity theft happens, or your credit card number gets used without the card, who would think that it came directly from the credit union? Now there's bigger implications to consider than just being treated rudely & being inconvenienced because the ATM never works. Why are these basic customer services always a problem? Because they don't care. The real business is the dirty stuff. Yeah. Consider this operation that came my way. I received an unsolicited letter with a cashiers check for $2,445.00 written on UNIFY ACCOUNT #322079719, P.O. Box 10018, in Manhattan Beach. The letter claimed that I had signed up for 'secret shopper' assignments thru Walmart & the employer was Pinnacle Financial Services. When I checked out Pinnacle, that company WAS headquartered in Texas but Yelp shows its has been Permanently closed. Read that review if you get a chance by a guy who was gullible enough to open a $25 bank account. The letter and check came from another shady survey operation in Ohio - Pinnacle Survey. They own Pinnacle Investment Strategies too. Lol. Can you imagine what they'd do there? The instructions in the letter (3rd world grammar & syntax) are to deposit the check only thru an ATM or a mobile app - yeah, interesting, huh? Then go to 2 separate Walmarts - and it actually states - "discretion is a big part of the secret shopping code", "remain as discreet as possible" while they're loading up the cards. Then text (only) a message to some dude named Anthony Wilson. Send the 16 numbers off the back of the Apple cards. Send pictures of the front & back to
[email protected] to get your next assignment. 007! Lol. James Bond. Too bad they aren't as smart as they are greedy and opportunistic. When you encounter what looks like credible credit unions and there's these strange problems right from the start - close your account, or better yet - don't even open one. In my.opinion, these are credible looking 'front' operations that provide creative services to the corrupt players in Los Angeles. If you consider that angle, then what we start experiencing as customers makes a lot more sense. When I was a member at Kinecta the same kinds of things happened. Lots of rude employees & they never fired them. They didn't answer the phone or return any messages during business hours. So, I'd have to drive to the branch on Rosecrans. Many times, it would be locked tight during posted business hours with no sign on the door explaining why. So, I'd go to the ATM. You guessed it....it was always non-operational. None of it makes sense unless you consider the criminal angle. I think they want to minimize small deposit accounts from the general public that they must use resources & pay personnel to provide service & support for. That takes time away from tending other ventures. Why would a credible organization allow their customers to be treated rudely perennially & be denied the convenience of basic bank services? It makes more sense when you consider....they've got enough profitable enterprises going on behind the scenes with much bigger players, already.
