Ordered a few blurays, posters, and merch for our indie film. I love how they turned out and I especially love how the team's so friendly and accomodating. It's our first time to order and they're so patient explaining everything to us. Really cool people to work with!

On March 29, 2022 I paid Unified $3064 to produce 500 vinyl records of my bands album. Unified never delivered the records. This was my first time ordering vinyl from any company. On their website they state it takes 24-26 to deliver.It’s been 18 month and the owners last email to me claimed it was all my fault that he could not give a delivery date. I asked for my money back and received no response regarding a delivery date of the product or a refund.I have never had a company so unhelpful and unclear on manufacturing a product. And then to refuse to deliver the product at all.I know the owner will respond to this review. I am interested in how he will justify taking my money and delivering nothing.

And then to refuse to deliver the product at all. i was told by another manufacturer that Unified farms out their vinyl records manufacturing, they do not do it themselves. That explains why I could not get a delivery date from the company.

I love the team at Unified Manufacturing! They're very professional with their business and response time, the quality of the shirts they make is amazing, and their friendliness when you meet them to pick up your project is such a great thing to experience! I've had a handful of projects done with them and they always do a great job, making sure that it comes out the best it can

I've been having records pressed for 15 years and this is the worst company I've experienced. I ordered 500 records and 100 copies showed up with very damaged jackets and 150 copies never even arrived. So I ended up with 250 copies worth selling. They didn't get insurance from the shipping company and they packed them horribly in the boxes so they were sliding around in the boxes. They offered me a 15% discount on "future" orders and $145. I'll obviously never use them again and highly suggest to anyone reading this to not use this company.

I wish there was half star to give to James. Dvd Duplication is completely amateur hour. He is arrogant and has no concept of customer service. His prints are low quality. he could not even complete my order. There are so many better printing companies in LA.

Truly terrible. My wife ordered various custom merchandise for a new company opening and was told 100% everything would be ready in time for the specific date. Nothing was ready as promised & arrived in different parts over the following weeks. We were met with no care or concern from company owner just a pack of lies and arrogance. I even drove to the address to see what was going on & there was a couple of kids making CDs they said the owner was not around. No accountability or care.
