I did not feel safe at this walk up pop up test site.It was meant to be a drive up but because it was raining they could not be bothered to do it properly.People gagging because they were told to swab there tonsils. Not proper instructions given , I asked after, I have never had swab my tonsil. Her response oh you can do your gums and checks . Find another site for your own good and safety

Quick and professional service! Their testing is more accurate than other labs and gives results within 24 hours. My friend had a false positive result at another place, and luckily got tested here too only to find out he was negative. I got my results via email in less time than expected. Fantastic place if you want fast and reliable results.

Their Call center is slow. Don't expect to schedule anything and get a confirm or call back. No Refund or changing time info. They have no problem taking your money. but Simple changes or questions. no ones around to do anything. Im sure they are nice inside. but its really just a pay portal at this time

DO NOT USE ULTIMATE DX. Their claims of privacy are completely false - I was contacted by three third parties about my test after receiving my test results. The whole charade of secure information is ridiculous - read the fine print on their release - it states: "I herebyauthorize the release of my protected health information to Ultimate DX representatives and I authorize and release Ultimate DX, their agents, officers, employees and representatives from any and all liability that may arise as a result of disclosure of any protected health information to other third parties for reimbursement." Yes, REIMBURSEMENT. They sell your information. DO NOT USE ULTIMATE DX.

Had a $225 test yesterday as no free tests were available this week. Results were not back in 24 hours and still have not come back. Customer service is just voicemail. Waste of time and money, also the person doing the test didn't seem to have much of a clue. AVOID - there is apparently a place up the block, less than half the price and a 24 hour result.

Limited parking and I ended up parking at the seven eleven. Line was extremely long. Perhaps because I was there during the lunch time. However, the technicians were very efficient and I was in and out pretty quickly.

These guys were great. I took my Covid test at Vitalize on Fairfax, with Dr. Ryan. I was in a huge hurry to get my results so I dropped off my sample at the lab myself. Results usually come before midnight, but I explained to the lady accepting my sample that since it was Halloween and I didn't want to be around my young daughter until I knew my test results could I get it earlier. She put a rush on it and I had the results in less than 5 hours ( I know there are rapid tests, but they are not as accurate). They also have testing in their parking lot.
