The selections offered are vast and the customer service was phenomenal! This store has everything needed from 1st Communion to bridal and everything in between! The quality of items carried are great & were priced lower than all the other shops in the area.

Excellent store with great prices!! About the customer service. It's only one guy working I'm sure the owner he tries his best to help everyone. But with 10 different people asking him questions I'm sure he can only do so much. And then of course he has to answer his phone when they call its a business you answer customers calls. So if you come here be patient dude can only do so much and he is helpful and has good prices.

This place is great. The owner is very kind and accommodating, digging crown after crown out of the walls of crowns that line the shop. I brought him tulle and he made me a custom crown in an untraditional color. Very affordable!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I came here for a custom lace veil and the owner keep on going around the bush that he had to find the lace and to give him a call back. He even told me to go look for a lace trimming and then he can do it. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I sent his a picture of the veil I want. I gave him a whole week look for a similar lace trimming. I kept checking back and said he was still looking for it. By the end of the week, I texted him if he found it and he said "I cannot get the lace." I wish he would have told me a lot sooner he didn't want to help. Don't come here looking for veils or custom made. Bad customer service. He wanted to sell me the ones he had but they didn't match the color of my dress, he said that it's not a big deal.

Very bad customer service, the guy seemed more interested in his cellphone than to sell, he didn't even show me what I was looking for, so I went to the store next door C&B Flowers and Crafts and I bought what I needed .
I don't recommend this place, there're many other places where you can find pretty much the same items and better customer service.
