Great experience, great customer service! Jesus at this location. He took my questions on the phone professionally, and was very helpful in setting me up with an appointment to fix my broken screen on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra... Kudos to Jesus... The front desk person was very kind and courteous. And helpful. The charging port wasn't working and hejust cleaned it and it worked perfectly fine.So grateful it's not a bigger issue . No charge!

Great, and friendly staff. They made me feel like a neighborhood store, rather than 'just another corporate store'. Unfortunately, in my case, the issue wasn't fully fixed(since it was water damaged). But, I know they tried their best, instead of directly replacing parts.

It was fast and easy. I filed a claim with insurance. They sent me to the shop. It took less than an hour to replace the screen on the phone.

Abraham at the Ktown location is professional, courteous, and knowledgable. He spent a long time with me on phone explaining to me what was wrong with my laptop and what my options are. I'd definitely go to them for future repairs. Upfront about pricing and the prices are fair. There was a homeless guy on stairs blocking entry but that' s out of their hands. lol I'm glad such a store like this exists with fair pricing. Other places charge a lot more and they are less trustworty.

Brought in my wife's Iphone 12 - it would not accept a charging cable. After getting virtually no help whatsoever from AT&T other than pointing us to UBreakIFix: UBreakIFix was courteous and knowledgeable and fixed the phone while we waited - gratis. Kudos!! Wishing them every success!!

BIG WASTE OF TIME Went through the online portal and made an appointment for remote repair of my iPhone, where they come to you, and I paid a deposit. At the time they were supposed to meet me I realized I had never received an email or text or anything to give me details on the appointment, but they sure had charged my credit card for the deposit. It took over 20 minutes on the phone with the main number for them to realize that the appointment had never been made (and this is with them hanging up on me twice while I was on hold and me having to call back and explain everything all over again). After another 15 minutes they told me I would have to wait until tomorrow to process my refund as the billing office was closed!!! After insisting that it be done now, they finally got a supervisor or someone to "approve" the refund. WHAT A COLOSSAL WASTE OF TIME. I should have gone to the Apple store; same price, better service, and it would have been repaired by now.

I went to this location because of the reviews, however they are so severely understaffed that a diagnosis takes almost a week. And even at that point I was told there were no parts available… then at the last minute was told a reboot was all that was needed.Perhaps after the pandemic, this will be a more effective and competent place - kudos to the 2 guys who still came into work! Management - take care of your staff.

Edit: This is for the location at 8308 W. 3rd Street, Los Angeles CA 90048. Very bad experience with this place. This location is clearly understaffed, I don't blame the people working behind the counter but their understaffing situation translates in to poor customer service and an extremely frustrating experience overall. Dropped off my kids' smartphone for repair in the morning, I was told it would be ready late afternoon between 4-5 p.m. and I could pick it up then. I gave them my cell number and email in case there ran in to any issues like passwords or unlock codes. It was not ready by the close of business at 7:00 p.m. so I returned the next day about an hour after they opened. It was still not ready, they told me it would be another hour or two. Returned an hour later and was told it would be another hour or two. Turns out the person behind the counter was there by himself dealing with all the customers at the store and there was no technician available to begin ANY repair work. This location does not even have the courtesy to give their customers a call or email so they don't end up wasting their time, effort, and gasoline. This location does not respect the time of their customers so don't waste your valuable time here.

The folks who work here took care of my problem quickly and completely. I needed a hard reset on my Apple phone that I could not complete myself. I brought it in and 2hours later the job was done and the price was great! I would go again for other issues!
