Avoid this place at all costs. Their own staff broke into my mom’s storage room, stole items from her storage unit and then denied it. Even after paying them ONE YEAR in advance, upon trying to close her account with them the woman in charge of checks lied and said my mom never gave them any checks. She refused to look despite flapping the checks of other people in her face like a stack of cards. Upon my mom saying she saw her check as she performed this ridiculous action, the woman still denied seeing her check. Somehow it became my mom’s responsibility to convince the woman to not lie. Save your money and protect your items. Go elsewhere.

Talk about a great price for the unit size and most of all, the amazing customer service and dedicated team! Luis and Marta are very welcoming, very flexible and patient! Luis always goes out of his way to help even though he doesn’t have to, his calm and warm demeanor really goes to show what an exceptional human being he is! Thank you U lock team! Not the best-looking storage building, and without the latest upgrades, but that's what makes their monthly prices cheaper than anyone else! Have been here for years without any problems or complaints. There are no elevators, only stairs, but there is an employee that drives a mini truck that will help you take your things up and down the building.

Best affordable storage in Koreatown! If you need a place to store your stuff, look no further and head to this storage, U-Lock! Love the staff, one of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. Would give it a 10/10!

My storage place for coming up on 5 years and the staff here is great Louise is very helpful and Martha is exceptionally kind and they're very receptive to what you have going on in your life is a storage place and working with you and I wouldn't have a storage anywhere else.

I tried paying my storage bill several times in Northern California for Southern California and the phone line was always disconnected putting me on sense of nervousness that my belongings have been auctioned or stolen because I haven't been able to make payments.

THIS STORAGE PLACE IS NOT FOLLOWING LOS ANGELES COVID RULES. I CALLED THE LA CITY COVID HOTLINE!! They are not requiring the customers or their employees to wear masks during covid! This is in a very grimey area of Korea town. There are always homeless people w no masks in front of the building and during covid this is risky. Shame on this place.
