Garbage customer service. Nick has an attitude for no reason. Only ask questions if you want to feel belittled. Was referred to tyko for quality work and customer service but I was clearly misled.

I operate a small business and have tried several sign companies. Now that i found Tyko, I will never go to any other sign company. These guys are by far the best sign people in town : very professional and truly creative with a great artistic eye. They are also very reachable and have excellent communication and customer service which I really appreciate. We are very happy with the gorgeous signs Tyko designed, built and installed for us - 2 different styles- and we look forward to working with Lucas and Louis and the whole Tyko team again in the near future. I would give more stars if I could- this company is a pleasure to collaborate with and work with- all through the process.

The sign is great! The customer service from NICK was awful. He raised his voice at me and wanted more money because he underestimated the installation time. You don't come back to a client who waited 4 weeks after you promised them the delivery date and ask for more money that was improperly quoted. BIG mistake as I would've hired them to work on signs for other cities. POOR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Tyko Sign Group is amazing! They gave me the best service throughout the entire process of working with them and designing a neon sign for our private gym. The pricing was unbeatable and they were able to get our sign made super fast on such short notice. Our neon sign is so beautiful and bright exactly how we imagined. I cannot thank them enough!
