I was buying the BB58 on the cloth strap before I walked into the store. I knew it. My endlessly patient wife knew it. I think even Zach knew it too. A wonderful experience from the moment I walked into the shop to the moment I walked out. Zach was patient, never pushy. Let me try on the watch a half dozen times, even took a lap around the mall to make the final decision. Decisions like this are easier when you have just consumed a pastry from Eataly. I recommend it. Buying a watch like this is a moment to be respected and Zach was class all the way.

Superlative staff, selection, and service at Tudor Century City (TCC).At the end of August 2023 I purchased a 42mm blue Pelagos here; what a timepiece and what an experience at TCC--made possible by the wonderfully friendly and professional staff!Would that everyone in the world were as nice as ALL the staff (including security) at TCC! I cannot recommend highly enough this Boutique!Though I write this anonymously, you kind folks at TCC know who I am.Thank you! Like General MacArthur, I too shall return!

Zack was great. I've stopped by several times when I'm at the mall to look at their selection. I was heart set on a blue BB58, but the newly released red bezel BB on jubilee bracelet caught my attention. They happened to got one in stock for me to try on.No pressure from Zack to purchase, but I did get it because I liked the way it looked in person. Highly recommended for anyone looking at Tudor watches.At around $4-5K retail, they cannot be beat.

I called regarding one of the new releases when they first came out and was very lucky to have Tim answer the phone. I was able to buy the watch with the dimensions that I’ve always wanted in a diver. Tim was very professional, helpful, and just an overall a pleasure to work with. He even took the time to send me a follow up hand written letter to thank me for the purchase and ask if I need anymore assistance.
