I had an amazing experience with TruTailor. From the start, everything was professional and seamless (excuse the pun). I had the pleasure of dealing with Joseph, who was very professional and communicative throughout the whole process. I bought two custom made suits, and Joseph made the experience extra special, as he makes you feel special, rather than just another customer. Joseph is personable, highly skilled and just a real genuine guy. Throughout the process we kept in frequent contact, via text and email. From the initial consultation, he helped me choose the fabrics, buttons, linings etc, and then with the fittings, he was meticulous and precise with his measurements and attention to detail. I believe most suits take around 7-8 weeks. I had two suits and I'm very picky with the finer details. This meant the process took a little longer, but I was ok with that, and Joseph always said he wants me to be 100% before I take the suits away, so no matter how many fittings I needed, he would make sure that all the boxes were ticked. I really appreciated this. When I got my suits, I was over the moon with the quality of the materials and workmanship. Very disappointed that you guys no longer do alterations. Hopefully that was listed somewhere and I just missed it. Either way seems strange you don’t do it but you make custom suits. Anyway the gentleman over the phone was nice.

Trutailor was the best. Definitely experts at what they do. Got a couple suits made for an event in a short amount of time and Joseph did an amazing job. I love how theyre really personable and not trying to push you into things like the other shops we visited. Also they mentioned that these suits are made from scratch whereas the other shops tweak already made patterns to try and fit you. After one minor alteration it fit perfectly.

He walked me through all of my decisions pertaining to my wedding suit and even recommended accessories that would work well with my choices. Ive been to both TruTailor locations and the service is always the best. I highly recommend Aaron and Joe as they truly are experts in the custom suiting world. I used to shop for suits already made out of convenience, but the fact is that suits already made always require tailoring. Once this place got my fit right the first time around, which only took minor alterations, the next run didnt require anything. Really amazing stuff.
