I give 5 stars to Tri Star because they have always provided immediate service at the lowest prices. The people are knowledgeable and courteous ... couldn't find a better place to do business.

I don't usually write reviews, but I really had to for this place. I bought a used 2009 mini cooper a couple of months ago and just recently I was hearing a strange whistling sound from the engine. So I take it to GAS. Tri Star Auto Partsdrives around with me in the car, confirms the strange sound and says he'll call when they figure out what the issue is. So they call less than 2 hours later- inform me they know what the issue is, but they checked out my mileage and saw that the car may still be under warranty. So they call the official mini dealership, it turns out I am, and they say that mini will fix it for me for free! So I go back to get the car, thinking I would at least have to pay for labor costs, but they said "we don't charge for honesty".
