I purchased my bridesmaids dresses from here 8 years ago and my groomsmen’s vest and bow tie to match the dresses. Everyone was in love ? Quality and prices can’t be beat. I’ll be heading back to purchase prom items next year for my Twins

We said yes to the dress for a quince today, it was out first stop and Janice was amazingly helpful and nice to us, we went after to look at other shops but we definitely went back to Trendy, the costumer service was excellent so we bought everything there, thank you guys!!!

NOT A FAN. Couldn’t even look for ourselves. Immediately when we walked in we tried to look at dresses, a lady came up to us and pulled my daughter into a dressing room. We tried to tell us what we were interested in and she kept telling us no, and then brought us things she recommended which looked like left over dresses from the 80’s which costed 300+. I told her that it was too much for me and she told me “no it’s a good price”. While my daughter was changing she kept walking in and out which made her extremely uncomfortable and also kept leaving the curtain open. When we tried to leave she walked up to the counter to buy the dress after we told her no. My daughter felt like they were holding us hostage.

0 Stars if I could. Stopped by with my sister looking for a quinceañera dress. She liked one on display so we asked for more info/to try on. The lady immediately says "can you even afford it." I was shocked. She then says we can't try on any dresses because we don't have the money (which we did). The dress was $950 - if my sister tried it in and loved it, we would have gotten it (even though it was severely overpriced).What made me even more upset is seeing other girls try on quinceañera dresses as she said we couldn't.We walked down the street and bought a 2k dress in cash. Anyway, hate the profiling and assuming someone doesn't have the funds. Don't recommend going, find a better quality dress and customer service somewhere else.

The sales ladies are not helpful with clients after finding a dress for my Aunt on our on with no help whatsoever, my Aunt comes to pay for the dress it has a damage on it so they said we will go bring one we come to pay, she is like there is no refund or exchange we say ok no problem can you bring the dress she doesn’t need to try it on she already tried it but we want to check that there are no damages on it and then she will pay no problem , then the lady started to be rude saying no pay first , I was like we have no problem to pay but if you bring a different one and it has a damage you will give her a refund and this is all while we are at the store no special order or anything. She is like no , she was so rude!I told her we are buying it she isn’t even going to try it. Then she continues to be rude to my Aunt I told her you know what you’re not doing is a Favor selling to us ! , You just lost good clients goodbye!It seems like after COVID people need the business but act so badly to clients with no customer service and honestly I had it! I used to give many great reviews to places cause I had great experiences but lately honestly this is insane!So if I were you I’d go inside the santte alley all their dresses sell for 150$Instead of coming to this store getting no help at all and to get treated like someone is doing you a favor and at a double price !Hope owner will read this and make changes cause your losing business with people like that working for you

I don’t fully understand the negative reviews for this shop. The customer service is great everyone that helped me was very kind, they have a large selection definitely something for everyone and every occasion. They limit you to only try on 3 dresses which can be frustrating however understandable considering most of the dress shops in LA limit you to less or none at all.

These people are RUDE. I've been here during prom season and they were rude. I thought they were just busy and overwhelmed so I came back during the summer to look for a cocktail dress; they were still rude. The dresses are beautiful but I don't mind paying more if the service is good. During prom season my daughter and I went looking for her dress, she saw a dress on the mannequin that she liked and we couldn't find her size so I asked one of the ladies if she could try the dress on. She looked at me and said that dress won't fit you, I told her it's for my daughter and she said I don't believe you let me see her. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I'm not overweight but the audacity of this woman to try and body shame me was too much and we left. There are too many other shops to choose from with nicer people who appreciate the business.

Great selection, can find goal deals in stock. They also have a good relationship with a seamstress next door that can make quick and affordable alterations.

Horrible experience! First day we went there to look for my daughter quincenera dress the lady was nice. Lady said my daughter was too thin that came would be the size to get for her and if it was still too big she would send it to get it altered, Never mentioned that would be an extra fee or that it wasn't included. We went again 3 weeks after to see if we could see the dress to verify the color and see if my daughter needed alterations as soon as we entered she was so freaking rude from the moment we started talking like we were bothering her with our presence. We asked if we could try the dress on to see if it fit she said no and that's when we found out and she finally said that the alterations is not included. She was a total bitch on her delivery. I would have even accepted the fact that she wasn't upfront about that if she said it in a nice way but she was just a total bitch! Me and her when back and forth how she should have said something upfront so we explored more options. Definitely taking my business elsewhere.

Good selection. Tons of options. Was able to get all my bridesmaids dresses here at a really good price. I was able to pick them up the following week without a problem.
