Update: decided to call to traveling tikes 2 days later because no one replied to my email. Talked to a very nice lady who explained me what’s going on and she said they already contacted peg perego store. She did call me back once again saying she’ll update me asap.
I ordered Peg Perego chair for my baby.
And I can’t believe I got a used chair…
Already sent an email to customer service. Will see how it goes and I’ll update this review as soon as I’ll get a brand new chair. See the pictures below.

Very friendly and useful local baby shop. They carry the best brands and are always very helpful with installation as well. Owned by a husband and wife. Very personable and kind.

The wife and I were debating between a couple of different strollers at this shop. The sales associates were very informative and not pushy. They were excited to show us the different features and answered all our questions. When we aired some concerns regarding which would be best for us, they helped us weigh the pros and cons and we went with the one we felt was best for our situation. It's a small shop but there's a lot inside to explore and the owners were very informative.

I work in hospitality as I run a high volume restaurant in LA but I must admit I'm not one to check Yelp reviews or even write one myself but after my experience today I just couldn't stay quiet! I recently moved to West LA and as most Angelenos know LA's got options. Whether it's a restaurant, coffee shop, specialty store, etc LA can be pretty overwhelming if you aren't familiar with the area. My baby girl came early and being first time parents it was crunch mode realizing we didn't have a stroller. I came across Traveling Tikes and decided to pop in. Noticed it was pretty close to closing time so didn't expect much. Brian and Michelle (owners) greeted me and I quickly realized that they frequent the restaurant I work for. I have to mention that as soon as you walk in you get a sense of family/community and I always look for that in an establishment because doing what I do there is so much of a disconnect with a lot of places where it just feels like business. Brian and Michelle are so knowledgeable about what they do but besides that they care with what you ultimately need or are looking for. You never get the sense of an upsell or pressure. I could go on and on but today was a blessing and took away a bunch of pressure from my wife and I being first time parents scrambling . Do yourself a favor and just go straight to Traveling Tikes! Thanks again Brian and Michelle!!!!!

My husband came across Traveling Tikes on Yelp & I am so glad he did! The owners, Michelle & Brian were so sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. As first time parents, my husband & I felt very overwhelmed but Michelle & Brian really took the time to answer all of our questions. I highly recommend checking out this store, you will not be disappointed! We will definitely be back for all of our future baby purchases.

Let me start off by saying that a 5star review isn't enough stars for Michelle and her amazing store. My wife and I were lucky to find this store! She is patient, helpful, caring and goes above and beyond for her customers. Michelle is amazing. I highly recommend Traveling Tikes for any stroller and car seat purchase. Amazing!!! We will definitely be purchasing from them for our baby needs in the future!

We went searching for a high quality travel stroller for our new granddaughter. We found this wonderful store through Yelp and we are so happy!!! It was a wonderful experience as the store is great in terms of service,selection,and the owner Michelle is a gem!! She is so helpful and made our experience great!!! Can't recommend Traveling Tikes enough! They are so helpful and knowledgeable. We've bought two strollers from them and they were beyond helpful in explaining the pros and cons of various options and demoing the product for us. We will definitely be purchasing from them for our baby needs in the future!

Came today to Traveling Tikes and Michelle helped me find a light weight stroller. This place has everything out on display so you can try them out and Michelle is so knowledgeable and helpful! I found exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely be back and 100% recommend for any kind of stroller/car seat!

So thrilled to find this amazing, locally owned, baby store! Bryan and Michelle were great at explaining all the different products they have and were super patient in letting me test drive their strollers. They also had a great selection of car seats! I ended up purchasing the Nuna Mixx Next stroller with the bassinet and the Pipa Rx. I'm super to happy to have found such great quality brands for a really competitive price. Thanks Bryan and Michelle!

I purchased a baby carrier as a Christmas gift. Long story short, Traveling Tikes charged me $179 and never shipped me my product, and it wasn’t until I emailed them 30 days later asking for tracking information that they sent a refund notification and notified me they’d be unable to fulfill my order.
So basically Travelling Tikes would have happily kept my money without sending me any products if I hadn’t reached out. That is wrong in so many ways and there is no excuse for it. I myself work in e-commerce and there is just no excuse for this poor customer service.
Buyer beware.
