We were very happy to find such a excellent motel to stay in. The staff was very friendly. The rooms must of been just remodeled. Everything was perfectly clean and decorated really nice. We will always stay here it was the best.

I AM WARNING YOU GUYS RIGHT NOW. DO NOT BOOK HERE.The area around this place is in the ghetto.I don’t even know how they have ANY good reviews at all!Even though you’re able to book their hotel by a third party company and when you get to the hotel, they do not accept bookings from any third party booking companies such as Expedia, travelid90, orbitz, etc.When me and my friend walked up and said we had reservations, the elderly woman kept saying “No reservations!” And that’s all she knew how to say. She did not even check her computer, or help find our reservations. I’m not sure if she was lazy; prejudice; or whatever. But she seriously should not be manning the front desk because she is the cause for lost customers.They also do not answer their phone so it is very difficult to contact them.I ended up booking at Hilton instead. Never going to try contributing to a smaller establishment ever again because seriously not worth the headache.

THEY MADE ME PAY TWICE!!!! DONT BOOK THIS PLACE!My friend booked this place through Expedia and we stayed for a night. The next morning she left early because she had to catch a flight so it was just me before we checked out. While I was getting ready to leave the front desk called and said I gotta go downstairs now they need to talk to me. I said okay can you give me like 10 minutes because I'm getting ready to leave? They were like no no no u gotta come downstairs now it's just one minute. So I said okay but like tf were they rushing me for this customer service is 0/100. I came down stairs they said your friend didn't pay so you have to. I said she paid through Expedia. They say no they don't do Expedia so it didn't go through blabla. His attitude was rude so I started getting loud and he got louder. Like holyshit no wonder this is a 1-star hotel cuz it definitely doesn't deserve another? And the adaucity to be rude to customers. They will probably always have business though because it's in LA. I hope the owner knows how many peoples days he has ruined by giving ppl a shit attitude. Anyways it shud be $125 a night we ended up paying $210 ish. Still trying to get my money back.Not to mention the streets was so loud at night I couldn't fall asleep.

Quite spot in the hood clean and all staff friendly caught a flat tire on the way in from Vegas my arrival time is supposed to be between 12:00 and 1:00 management said he'd wait up for us I got there at 2:30 and there he was the place is very quiet you can't hear anything once you're inside the room my go-to place when I come to visit family in Hawthorne

I honestly wouldn't trust parking my car at their motel. There was trash flying everywhere in the outskirts. The rooms are ok but the parking lot is not safe at all. My friend spend the night here and today at 6 am all their belongings got stollen and the owner did nothing about it. A police report was made with no luck. Someone took their suitcases with clothes and personal stuffs. Is not a safe place to spend the night. I don't recommend this place. Please watch out

Place LOOKS dirty-ish but when you do get inside, the rooms are extremely well kept. The showers may need some work though. The water was extremely hot and you couldn't change it.

Good. Rooms are clean. It's a bit hard to get your car out tho. It's not located in the best of neighborhood. Staff was friendly. I had to be switched out to another room because the TV didn't work, but my stay for three days was good.

It's a budget motel what do you want or expect? It's great cheap and clean. Yes you probably can see its not in best area but you aren't going to get mugged so calm down.Parking lot is on the smaller side, could be a bit tough to park inside here with a box truck or trailer.My room was clean, it was about what I would expect from a cheap motel on the plus side each unit has its own air conditioning unit, so we could control it how ever we wanted.Again if you are expecting anything else or more for what yiu are paying then you'll just end up being disappointed and go complain to Google and yelp because you are to cheap to get a real 5 star hotel.

At first reading the reviews about the area I was scared to stay here,never the less I took a chance .Me and my husband had a great stay here ,check in was easy we reached 4:00am in the morning. Wi-Fi worked great ,we had a microwave and a small fridge ,rooms were clean ,no complain here.we use the public trans.everyday which was right at the corner.price was great.
