Great, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining options! Excellent pricing and the free shipping on Q'Straint is awfully hard to beat! Glad we were able to specify that the shoulder harness uses L-bracket so it's moveable when we get around to adding more brackets to enable different tie down places. Thanks!
