The hands down number one clothing store in LA. Every time I walk in to browse, I always wind up leaving with at least one new piece. On top of that, the staff is amazing, always having a deep knowledge of everything in the store and the fashion scene as a whole. Can’t recommend enough, from photoshoot fits to casual dinner vibes, this place has the absolute best.

Horrible and Deceiving Assoiciate Ms NadiaI purchased Greg Laupen M jacket PLU # 849589 / GM 004 and isabel marant / item # 816394.I bought the above jackets Dec/8/2023 at 50% sale due to discoloration issue, but I had never noticed the other defect which the shoulder area kneading was way off.When I checked the jacket,The jacket itself no tag for 'Final sale' and the associate NADIA, never explained the item was final sale.I went to the store : 8500 Beverly blvdSuite 646 LA CA 90048 Dec/10/2023 to return or exchange.The associate NaDIA refused my jacket to be exchanged or returned because that was a final sale.Somehow, she said ok to exchange my husband's jacket, which found to be a final sale as well, so he ended up spending for the differences of the previous jacket, $2113.34 more for a leather jacket that day, item # 8551691)No final sale tag anywhere inside or outside of the jacket.2)Nadia, the associate never stated the jacket was final sale to me3) the associate let my husband to exchange but, why not mine4) All she did was pointing a little plastic signage which was located behind the counter.5) She even said, "we do not disclose return policy because it is written here", as she was pointing the tiny signage behind the counter.6) When customers can find out certain items are Final sale is AFTER CUSTOMERS PAID FOR THE ITEMS.Discriminating man and womanDeceiving customers, not disclosing of final sale properly.Selling defect jacketI said, "I had to go for consumers bureau for complaints,And the associate, Nadia, said "Nothing is going to change".Very disgraceful!I was deeply sad and disappointed the way the associate handled customers in this tricky way.Please stay away from this place.Just wasting time and money, and waisting another round of time for seeking law suit, too.

Never resonated with this store every time I've gone in. Even though they carry some of my favorite pseudo high-end designers, I won't return to purchase again. The energy of the sales associates are flat, they follow you around as if you're going to steal all while having the doors barricaded. I definitely understand that people were stealing during the pandemic, which probably led them to blocking off their doors but then to follow people around and watch them like criminals is very strange. The men's department seems to have more energy for their customers but the women's department.. definitely pass on this ladies. Try POLITIX downstairs at the Beverly center, or better yet, shop online at FWRD or FarFetch if you'd like a peaceful shopping experience.

My first experience here was so wonderful! The stylist was very helpful and so friendly. I tried on a few dresses and purchased one that day. She was very knowledgeable, and I highly recommend this boutique to others, for they were the best in my own opinion. The accessories were also very beautiful. I thanked you with all of my heart!
