Don’t come here please , I came to asked for a truck and I was inside for an hr or so it didn’t work out for me so as I walked away my truck wasn’t there anymore , I go back and speak to the so called manager Jonathan Ruiz and he laughed and said we’ll just come back tomorrow when the cameras are available. I have my kids with me it is cold I’m thinking my truck got stolen I’m crying . My kids are scared and nervous. Luckily me I have a tracking device and it was showing me it was inside the dealership and it was showing me they are moving it . I go back and talk to the manager and again smiling he said I don’t know what you talking about . I called the police because as I’m walking around the parking structure I find my truck on the second floor parked between the new cars . I need an apology from them . They have bad customer service . I honestly don’t know how they moved my truck they didn’t have keys to my truck and it had a stick they moved the stick I don’t know how . I’m very upset. I was there for more than 3 hrs . Don’t go there if you want your car to be stolen and taken into parts !!!!!! ************Updated it has been 4 days and I haven’t heard anything from them , I called to speak to the manager and nothing he didn’t call me back at all . No apologies nada very unprofessional and careless people .********* it’s been more than 10 days and I haven’t had a call from them . They know what happened my truck was parked right where the cameras where, I will not stop until they reach out to me with an explanation . If you had a similar situation please feel free to reach out to me . They can’t be doing us wrong , it was so wrong at many levels .

I came to this dealer and was able to leave with a beautiful new car that I love. Kylie was a very personable, kind and knowledgable sales person. As well as Matt, the manager, who personally supported my experience and made it worthwhile. They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Terrible! My first time there, I set up an early appointment for 6am and did not wait long, but 6am appointment should be quicker-it wasn’t. After noting the concerns, the chargers for service was ridiculous. When I asked for some easy installation of fenders that will take an hour at max, they recommended me elsewhere. Really? I’m here for business and you direct me elsewhere? I got the vibe the they’re lazy to do the work and are selective. First time there-didn’t stay. Never going back. Vibe I got? Lazy and pricey for them to be motivated to work.

I was so happy and pleased with my experience with getting my tire replaced, it had a big nail in it. Driving in California, is no joke and you have to be careful. I made an appointment for 7am to drop my car off for service before going to work…. I arrived to the facility at 6:50am and was not acknowledged until 7:15am. When someone finally came to check me in. They then said I didn’t have an appointment which I kindly replied by showing them both my confirmation email and text message that I received. I was then checked in and asked to wait in my car for a few minutes. A few minutes turned into to over an hour of me sitting in the car just waiting to DROP IT OFF! And there were 7 cars in front of me with drivers in the driver seat also waiting to drop their cars off. When I went up to the front desk to kindly ask what was going on, the service man responded to me with so much attitude. I was so shocked and asked him how much longer he thinks it would take for my car to be taken back and he said “I don’t know, probably a long time”. So I had to leave, after waiting for over an hour to drop my car off for an appointment I had made well in advance and no one cares about the inconvenience or made any efforts to apologize or rectify the situation. What is the point of having an appointment if you’re not going to even attempt to honor them? By the time I left there was a total of 21 cars waiting to drop their cars off as well. I am extremely disappointed in the “service” I received today and will not be coming back.

My car has been in the service department since Saturday, here it is Thursday and the only way I can find out any information is if I physically go to the location. They don’t even give good customer service when helping you. No actual passion or compassion whatsoever. They’ll answer questions but that’s it. Any extra info or concerns is like trying to pull teeth when seeking it/trying to get them answered. I just want me car so I can be done with them. I’ll never go to this location for service ever again.

Le daría 0 estrellas si pudiera el lunes estuve en esté dealer mi agente de ventas fue Ricardo ramos me mostró los carros de lo que yo andaba buscando yo quería un corolla y el me dijo que era más fácil un Camry el cual dije ok a quien no le gusta el Camry ? Fui muy claro mostrándole mi puntaje de crédito en la app de credit karma cual yo se lo que muestra no es exacto lo que tienes pero le dije con ese puntaje me mostrará mis opciones basadas a eso que no quería correr mi crédito a menos de tener alguna opción sólida el insistió que eso no era posible que tenía que correr mi crédito para poder ayudarme el cual a final de cuentas terminé aceptando después de correrlo me dijo que lo estaban viendo con los bancos que si quería fuera a agarrar algo de comer y regresara o el me llamaría en cuanto tuviera una respuesta ya sea positiva o negativa hoy es jueves y hasta ahorita ni una ni otra he hablado con otros dos vendedores para preguntar por mi respuesta y sólo quedan ir a checar y me regresan la llamada lo repito es jueves y aún nadie me a regresado la llamada para nada, no me importa comprar carro en este dealer en específico pero me molesta es por que te corren crédito si no van a hacer nada??? Que error venir aquí

After we finished our test drive and said that we were going to go to another dealership to try some other cars, a manager came out and was extremely rude and aggressive with us. She said she couldn't even give us a ballpark figure of monthly payments without running a credit check -- which we had already said we didn't want done until ready to buy. She made it seem like she had no interest in actually selling a car. Extremely unprofessional.

This was by far the easiest and best experience buying a car we've ever had. This was our fourth new Toyota purchase. We initially were looking at used Corollas and Civics but they are still outrageously overpriced and dealers are not willing to budge on the prices. It's crazy that these used cars are only 1-2k difference from a new car. Makes zero sense to buy a used one at that point. We came in at night and basically told our sales guy, Felipe he had an hour to give us a deal on a Corolla. We came in hot and said we would pay $750 below MSRP and they agreed within minutes. We made the deal right then and signed. It took them longer to wash the car than it did to do the deal. Such a great experience we will drive the 2.5 hour drive to do it again. Get pre approved before you go and know what you are willing to pay for the out the door price. This proves you don't have to pay market adjustments or dealer add ons. Those are bogus fees, walk away and find the dealer who wants to make the sale. Our local dealer said no so we drove 2.5 hours away. These guys made it 100% worth the trip!

Do not get your vehicle serviced here. Worst service department ever. Period.I had an issue with my cars ECU so my appointment was for an ECU reflash.My trip to Toyota of Downtown LA was as follows:-I arrived early at 9:30am to my 10:00am appointment.-They had me wait and did not even speak to me about my reason for visit until 10:41am.-The person I spoke to said that the reflash would cost 3 HOURS of labor which would have been $645 per their labor rate.-I was told it would be around $200 over the phone when setting up the appointment.-I reluctantly agreed as a previous dealer visit was unsuccessful.-NOTE: I went to *Southbay Toyota* earlier and they quoted me $190 and they said it would only take about an HOUR to do. *An ECU reflash is not time intensive*.-After waiting 3 hours, the tech texts me to let me know they could not do it (without explaining or giving any details) and recommended I pay $1,500 for a new ECU and instillation. -I declined and was charged $215 for diagnosis -Literally no other service was provided nor requested besides the ECU reflash.-Note: When the previous dealership I visited did not successfully reflash the ECU I WAS NOT CHARGED.Absolutely appalling. I've attached two pictures of the different invoices. Do Not Get Service Here.

My sale rep Alex went above n beyond to get me my car. Which I am very happy with.. great customer service he n his coworkers provided.. Great sale person Alex is n with a great smile. N the service was fast which I liked!! I will highly recommend this Toyota dealership to friends n family..
