The team at Toyota of Los Angeles were great to work with! Steph, Joe, and Alex provided a stress free buying experience and were all very courteous and knowledgeable! Terrible experience. Went in for a service appointment related to a recall and my car came back with a huge crack in the windshield. The dealership is trying to blame me rather than take responsibility. Never trusting these people with my car again.

It was one of the worst experiences because I did not give Ned Wollerman permission to run my credit because I already had my pre-approval from my bank. And above all, it says that it is a law and I still see the laws where they say that the credit needs to be mailed when you already have a bank that is giving you the car loan. And above all I want them to erase that from my credit because I did not give them permission and above all I told him that I was already alone looking for the car I needed.

If you don't know the car buying market well, it's best not to buy here. If it's your first car purchase from the showroom, it's better to avoid Toyota. Insanely expensive, insanely much extra price and a bunch of guarantees. Terrible service of communication after purchase. This is my worst experience as a buyer. Deception everywhere.

Yesterday 8/26/2024 I called the TOYOTA DTLA service department several times and left message. The phone just rings. No one has returned my call
I have had my car serviced multiple times for oil changes at the Toyota DTLA dealer as I purchased a bundle of pre-paid oil changes. It was convenient to my previous job and residence. I thought my Toyota RAV-4 being serviced at a dealer would help me keep my car cared for as they know what the vehicle needs.
After my battery started dying this past weekend, I took it in to Northridge Toyota dealer which is closer to where we live currently and find out how much Toyota DTLA service neglected to recommend any service to me or my husband during the 3 times we brought the car in.
Not once was I ever recommended to get the following services:
Fuel Injector /Throttle Body Service
Cooling System Fluid Exchange
TRANSMISSION DRAIN AND REFILL
RECOMMEND air filter
Replace cabin air/pollen filter
based on my car’s mileage.
I have verified this in the system and have proof. Attached is the Northridge Toyota service center report of what was Toyota DTLA’s negligence caused. This is unacceptable. I have only had my car for 2 years (May 2022) and don’t drive much as I work from home. Now my car is in the shop and I can’t to get to my meetings easily this afternoon or tomorrow.
