i am geting so mad and very up se i am going i got a phone with then and the side buttond stop working so i sent the phone back to totle wireless and it has been over 6 month now and i still have not goten a phone back i have been calling totle wieless evety 3 day now about it and noting has been fixed. they just keep making me go through the same prosses and keep saying it will be 3-5 bays and nothing is happing.

This company is Horrible! Unprofessional staff who pretended to be Cricket wireless but is actually not. The employee after an hour returned my device to me with a problem still exsisting. Then took over 2 more hours to correct it. And he charged me 75 bucks when metro does it for 25!

After spending 6 hours talking to 6 different customer service representatives for simple mobile, trying to fix my network connection, They all told me to do the same resetting of my network, turn my phone off then back on, etc etc...and still the issue was not fixed. I was told that I needed a new SIM card because for some reason my SIM didn't match what they have on record. So I took it upon myself to find the nearest TracFone wireless store, I called and spoke with Alex he suggested I come in and he'd take a look at my phone. I arrived while he had his hands full and while fixing a phone for another customer, he did not hesitate to ask me for my mine. He called simple mobile on speaker, and got the issue resolved, within 20 mins. No new SIM card was needed and now my phone is faster than before. Knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure their customer are satisfied is what good customer service is about, and I must say this store has just that.!!! Thanks again Alex

I left my phone for three weeks there, my iphone, and when i got it back they said they didnt fix it there, they didnt tell us they didnt fix it there until after three weeks of keeping the phone.

Very disappointed. I got signed up for a plan, that was expired a month ago. So instead of 7.5 gigs, it was 5. They were not willing to admit their wrongs so I am stuck in a plan I didnt sign up for. Good thing is...the affordability is a plus.
