Be careful when coming to this location. There's people in the parking lot breaking into cars and work trucks. A few of my friends work trucks were broken into within 10 minutes of being in the store. I been told not to go this location unless someone is here to stay with my car or truck while I grab what I need inside. Other than that the store is good. I wish the police would be in the parking lot driving around. A lot of riff raff individuals here.

30 min waiting for an employee to get me a battery charger out of the cage. I asked three employees who were walking around aimlessly for help and they said I had to ask someone in an orange apron. I asked someone in an orange apron. He says he already called somebody, but I had to wait . The whole time there are two employees talking to each other, laughing instead of answering the call for help over the speaker, overpaid employees for sure..

I usually try to shop online, but I went into the Home Depot in Cypress Park to get a specific Allen wrench for my Bosch sander. I was so pleasantly surprised to find someone who could help me. Shout out to Isaac in the tool section who knew that I would need a metric Allen for my Bosch. Isaac was so helpful and pleasant that it changed my mind about going into brick and mortar stores. I never would've figured out the tool I needed without his help. He was very knowledgeable and kind. It was nice to know that there are still people who care.! thank you, Isaac.

I've been to so many about 4 home depots in the last month and some more than once and other stores also. I was finally making final decisions on which tools to bye and I finally got all the items I wanted.Props to the lady that made the effort to help me. I've been to many stores and in almost all of them I could find help or noone would come back after I asked for it. Though she did bring me one of the tools that was wrong it will still work.I must say there are enough workers in the parking lot to build am apartment building in a day it makes me nervous to leave anything in my car so I try my best to park as close to the store as possible.Anyway great experience, I was in and out quickly and I have to come back soon cuz I just broke my rake.

This has to be one of the worst Home Depots out there. They do not know what they are doing and have no idea what the store carries. If you hear "We don't carry that"...look around...there is a good chance they do.Everyone in checkout for pro accounts is rude and rushed. I asked for clarification and was hit with..."You wanna talk to someone else...cause you don't be understanding me I guess." .....Say what? Staff should be taught to say..."I don't have the answer to that but let me find it"....and then find it.

Every time I go into the store, they have no carts for handicap. Also when you asked for help, they will tell you the aisle, but not follow you to help you get what you need bad customer service

I needed to use a Miter saw to cut a roll of savage backdrop paper to fit in my at home studio. I had no access to one anywhere, so I called up Home Depot and sure enough - you can rent a miter saw for $40 for 24 hours. Easy peasy! Drove on over there and the staff at the tool rental area was incredible! Ian was a dope dude and made everything easy for me. Brought the miter saw on home and cut my paper roll with my homeboy and returned it with no problems! I was slightly annoyed I couldn't just use the miter saw at Home Depot as carrying it back and forth was a little heavy, but that's okay, wasn't a big of enough issue to remove a star. Overall, great experience! Would go to Home Depot again next time I need to rent a power tool.

Do you want to have broken curbside pickup?Do you want to follow employee directions only to get berated and feel threatened by other employees that brings you to the point of tears? If so congratulations you've found the Home Depot location for you.I've been to at least half a dozen Home Depot locations in and around LA and this one takes the cake for employees that shouldn't be near customers. Never in my life did I have, be threatened by a forklift operator on my bingo card but alas today Home Depot Cypress Park granted me that experience. All I can say is avoid this place, and I'd there is a Lowe's, or a do-it-best, or a local hardware shop nearby, go there instead.

the staff at this location are completely useless. getting some help from this lazy workers is impossible. they all say its not there department and they need to call someone else. so why not stay where you have product knowledge, and where it actually is your department.!!? if the supervisor run the store like idiots what can you expect from its staff. NOTHING!

BEWARE OF RENTING EQUIPMENT FROM THIS LOCATION!! The employee (who I was renting the equipment from) asked for my debit card and ID and returned it when the transaction was completed. When I got to the parking lot, I received a text alert from my bank, asking me to verify suspicious recent activity. When I checked my account, I saw that my card had fraudulent charges amounting to almost $1,000 from a Motorola device through Google Pay transactions. Motorola is the same brand phone I saw the employee who rented me the equipment using and is also the same brand used by all of the Home Depot employees at this location. The charges on my statement appeared directly after the Home Depot rental charge. The charges were used to purchase crypto-currency. I emailed the store manager, Robert Marquez, asking if he can check to see if the motorola phone number of the employee, matches the same number my bank tracked the charges to. He told me to contact the loss prevention manager, Angel Solorzano. I emailed Mr. Solorzano and never received a response.
