Awesome place to go to find your Funko Pop. My nephew and I went to see the store. It was amazing lots of Funko Pop. We got about 7 Funko Pop. We found 7 Funko Pop that we were looking for. For our collection. The owner was an amazing salesperson. Very friendly and always had a smile on his face.
For sure I will go back and buy more. Or I will go on his website to buy more.

I recently visited this hobby shop to purchase a model kit for my son. The service was outstanding; the staff was knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect kit. The quality of the products they offer is top-notch. My son had a blast assembling it, and the finished model looked incredible. Plus, the price was very reasonable for the quality we received. We'll definitely be back for more hobby supplies!

My remote control car needed some urgent repairs, so I brought it to this hobby shop. The service was fast, and they did an exceptional job fixing it. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by the value as well; the repair cost was very reasonable for the expert service provided. I highly recommend them for any hobby-related needs!

Huge amount of pops, really reasonably priced and there are even some exclusive pops.
The guys are cool, both in the welcome and the dialogue, for a French person with school English, it's really pleasant.

These guys are amazing. I recently purchased an order from Walmart that was shipped through Toms Model, so I was curious. Looked them up and realized they were local here in LA. I stopped in as I passed by one day, and was amazed. Diamond in the rough I tell you. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Amazed at the variety of pops they have. Once I received my package I purchased online, the POP was mint and packaged with extreme care. Thank you very much from this OCD Funko Pop Box collector. Will definitely be back, again and again.

I did not know what to expect but pleasantly surprised by the huge selection of Fungo pops available. The staff was very friendly and Tom was nice to talk to. Everyone very respectful too. I highly recommend. Prices were also very reasonable. Thank you

Really a hidden gem! Found in a quiet corner on the street , don't be deterred by how it looks on the outside. This shop has the largest collection I've seen so far Rows upon rows of Funko. If you can't find what you are looking for, don't be afraid to ask. The staff helped me take out the older rarer stock from the backroom and I was spoilt for choice. They do have a couple of rare older collections , super worth the visit! The staff was also very polite and patient as I asked for the price for quite a couple of them and didn't feel pressured to get them all. They were also nice enough to try and clean one of the figurines that had a stain on it Will definitely come back next time! Great collection & great service !

There's something about being a "collector" of anything... but... as a collector of funko pops this place is a mecca to me. From the actual pops for sale to the staffs customer service and down home friendly feeling this place is wonderful. My girl and i were expecting this day and they were so overjoyed to have us there and took time to talk with us... I even returned a second time later that same day and iI in alone... they asked if I had left my girl at the hospital?! Of course i did not but it was so nice of them to ask and that's the kind of people they ate here at Tom's model!!! And it's located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. There's No Place Like Home! #StopeSupports no big changes

Tom's Model is a down to earth shop. I purchased a Funko Pop for delivery, but because I lived in the LA area, they were nice enough to allow me to reorder and get a deal because I was picking up in store. Push came to shove, COVID and other things came along and I was 2 days out from moving when I realized I still had not picked it up. I was able to call and speak to someone to cancel the order entirely. Even though it was my inability to make time to pick it up, they clearly were patient with me and willing to help out. I first found out about them back when they released the Exclusive Golden Mushu Funko POP! Really hope they get more exclusives in the future.
