I second the commentary about the employees seemingly judging the books by their covers. They couldn’t be bothered to help me even in an empty house. I’ve bought a lot of TS stuff over the last few years, but I doubt I’ll ever buy anything out of this joint.

Todd Snyder has fantastic quality clothes and I’d wear almost everything in there. This store is extremely well-run and the staff goes above and beyond to help customers. Arthur specifically helped me out today and I was so impressed I had to leave a review. Go in and see him for anything you need!

This place is great and my favorite shop at the Grove. I have spent far too much money here but I can't stop. I thought I would miss J. Crew when it left this space but Todd Snyder has erased the memory completely. The clothes are extraordinarily beautiful and, though a bit pricey, the quality more than makes up for it. I buy a lot of birthday gifts for friends and they have never been disappointed. Employees are always terrific, friendly and helpful. Devon especially went out of his way to patiently help out with a shoe purchase when I was there this morning and I probably shouldn't have but I bought both pair. Oh, well. Just too good to pass up.

I can always find quality in this store. Christian makes it easy for me to makes great choices on quality gifts. He is so helpful and has great taste. Knows exactly what to suggest. There is always something new and unique at this store. Customer service is hard to find these days but Christian is a true professional with style and class. I always recommend this store to my friends and to make sure to go see Christian the stylist with exceptional taste!

I visited this store to get some items for my boyfriend and was atonished by the amazing customer service I received! Davon - the assistant manager was so helpful he even suggested a couple items that my boyfriend ended up loving! The clothes fit perfect for someone tall and fit and pretty stylish with the modern trend. If you ever stop by ask for Davon you won’t regret it, I know I didn’t and I’ll definitely be back!!!!

Went into the store looking for a present for my friends birthday and absolutely had no clue what I was looking for. Davon(assistant manager- bald stylish guy) he was an absolute life saver gave me a few options to choose from- such a stress free experience if I could give it 10 stars I would! Will be back just because of him!

Went to the store not sure of what to get for my partner but Davon was so helpful and patient and his sense of style and the choices he pointed out were exactly what I needed. My partner loved everything I had gotten! If you visit do ask for Davon he is such a great help!

Todd Snyder has a fantastic collection of all sorts of men's clothing. They are very high quality, and are well worth the price. Highly recommend giving them a visit for all things menswear related.

My ~1200-dollar package was mis-delivered by Fedex. Tod Snyder refused to refund the money after the investigation that resulted in evidence that the package was delivered to a wrong address. If you have similar experience, let me know. Let's figure a way to handle this.

Classy fashions, but it’s the customer service that is next level. Naj was very patient and helpful and I really felt like I got the celebrity treatment even though I’m not, haha. Have been here a few times, definitely will be coming back.

This was my first time and probably last time visiting this store. The customer service was absolutely horrible. You are judged immediately from walking in. I was browsing around and an employee looked at me and walked past me and asked another customer if they needed help. This happened twice! Totally rude and unacceptable. I’ve worked in retail before and never offered service in this manner.

Rude employees right when you walk in. I needed some help and they avoid you like a mosquito. Once I got help the first thing they mention is the price, instead of asking what I needed help with.

I had a disappointing shopping experience at Todd Snyder. Firstly, the alterations for my suit took an unreasonably long time, causing inconvenience and delays for my wedding. Secondly, the salespeople displayed a lack of care and attention, which further added to my frustration. The service did not meet my expectations or price, and I will not return.
