We stopped by to purchase water and lottery tickets, and while I typically avoid smoke shops due to my sensitivity to smoke and personal preference as a non-smoker, I was pleasantly surprised by this store. The cleanliness, fresh air, and overall atmosphere were far better than expected. Most notably, the level of customer service provided by the staff was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Kudos to the team for creating such a pleasant experience in a space I wouldn’t ordinarily consider visiting.”

“Visiting from Australia, as a relative beginner in the game, Ace made the experience. He is very charismatic, and incredibly knowledgeable. The Lounge itself, is incredibly beautiful. Although, the cigar selection was limited, which may be why it was empty on a Saturday night.”

Sloppy inventory tho (not his fault), prices don’t match labels so you will encounter a bit of sticker shock at the register. Also, this being smack dab in the desolate no man’s land between the Beverly center and the Grove, the regulars are uh…..”eccentric”. Like the old blondes that keep asking to pay for wine with a check (you can’t), the random hot unhoused man that poses for selfies with wandering tourists, or the guys that buy exactly one giant buzzball on Saturday-Monday mornings and don’t say a word. “I go here because I used to live here when I was in boarding care. And I go here all the time even though that I live far away now.(currently living in Compton)I go here all the time because they have abunch of smoking accesories as well as good prices on cigarettes.I've bought smoking tools like poke sticks as well as glass(narcotic pipes.), SHOW cigarillos, Kamel cigarettes and snacks.I highly reccomend you get the drink Faygo Cola. It's refreshing. They seem to only have it here because I don't see that soda very often.They sell BIC lighters for $2 which is great because where I live they sell it for 2.75 instead.There's often two cashier.They are overall nice.I highly reccomend this shop because they have a wide selection of smoking accesories such as tools,torches,hookah stuff and nearly anything to do with smoking that you can think of.”

I don’t know why everybody else stopped selling certain brands but: he is the ONLY guy I trust and love for ALL my tobacco needs (IF YOU CATCH MY DRIFT…).!!!!
