“My buddy and I needed to knock out 2 hours because I drove my wife to the Pantages theatre to see Momma Mia. My buddy found this place on line. We went and what an awesome place. Lots of comfortable couches and large chairs. Tables and many ash trays and torches on all the tables. They have their own house blend cigars. I am a Maduro fan so we got two cigars. The cigars were recommended by the friendly girl that works there. There is no alcohol but they have soda and water. The price was fair and they have a bunch of TVs. It was a great time and we enjoyed the cigars!! I will definitely be going back when my wife wants to go to the Pantages again!! GREAT PLACE and I will be back!!”

“I go here because I used to live here when I was in boarding care. And I go here all the time even though that I live far away now.(currently living in Compton)I go here all the time because they have abunch of smoking accesories as well as good prices on cigarettes.I've bought smoking tools like poke sticks as well as glass(narcotic pipes.), SHOW cigarillos, Kamel cigarettes and snacks.I highly reccomend you get the drink Faygo Cola. It's refreshing. They seem to only have it here because I don't see that soda very often.They sell BIC lighters for $2 which is great because where I live they sell it for 2.75 instead.There's often two cashier.They are overall nice.I highly reccomend this shop because they have a wide selection of smoking accesories such as tools,torches,hookah stuff and nearly anything to do with smoking that you can think of.”

“Even with the new law forbidding retail of flavoured vapes, this is one of THE finest smoke shops. Unfortunately, they had to get rid of all of their flavored material (& I will never forget this place for having every Flum flavour imaginable... the good old days, at this point). However! They have a thousand other products even outside of smoking culture & habits, like supplement blends, CBD gummies at different concentrations, a middle compartment (a glass case) of pocket knives (some are like, really cute), body jewelry including nose hoops/studs & hoop earrings, sodas, INCENSE in great quantity, and more! I even saw, behind the counter next to the cigarettes, some product called "stop opioid abuse." It might be some type of product to help wean patients off the use of opiates, which is huge. The employees here are always so amicable & chill. I've never waited in a line longer than one person, & the employees are so welcoming that you just naturally get into conversation with them. Still one of my favourite smoke places ever! So neat, clean, & organized! Thank you!”

“My brother took me here & I am happy he did. It's not too far from where I live. The store is clean and the operating hours are convenient for anyone. They have an abundance of smoking utensils to choose from at competitive prices. If they don't have what you are looking for they will make every effort to get it or offer some comparable to what you want. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I especially like Arthur. I bought a nice bong for a really good price. I bought it in 2022 and have been using it ever since, with no issues.”

“I was looking for a wine store around my office and I found this place. Went in the store and Bernard was such a wonderful person. He helped me and suggested a good wine for gift. Affordable and elegant wines. I bought 4 red wines. He even prepared it for me and walked me in the office to carry it all. I will definitely come back here to buy more wines/ spirits. “I bought a lighter from them and it broke on my second use. I asked if I can come in and replace it with a new one and the best you can give me a 10% off and I just spent 70+ dollars in that store and was about to buy $100 worth of product when I came back to replace the lighter and you hung up on me.It’s a bunch of kids running the store no older than go to say 25 which makes sense why they acted the way they acted to not care about revenue is wild. I would not go to the store ever again, and I heed anyone else who tries to go there smh ??♂️Mind you it’s only like a five dollar lighter and they won’t replace it blows my mindEdit: owner reached out to me mot even an hour after I posted this review. He sincerely apologized for the way his employees handled the situation and offered me some store credit. The fact that he called me personally speaks volumes. Most businesses wouldn’t even bother to do that. Because of that I’m going to change my rating. Cause I will say it’s a really nice shop and there prices are very competitive & they have anything you would want. In know how it is to be an employee and you have constant customers come in being rude so I can somewhat understand why they acted the way they did. But words of advice to the employees someone comes in and buys a decent amount of product and calls to ask for a replacement of a $5 cause it broke on second use just replace it cause doing so would stick in that customers head and most likely will make them a continuous customer. And I know for vape shops getting a repeat customers is clutch for revenue. Those reading this review besides them treating the situation the way they did I’d still definitely recommend this shop especially with the fact that the owner without hesitating called me personally to apologize. Much respect to that”

“Hidden Eagle Rock gem. I've driven by this place hundreds of times and noticed the big CIGAR sign. I finally got a chance to go in and to my surprise, the inside is completely renovated. They have a huge walk-in humidor with the largest cigar selection i've seen in and around city of LA. Highly recommended.”
