Customer service was fantastic & the staff was extremely professional. This was the only towing company that was able to solve an very challenging situation with an extremely low ceiling parking structure at LAX. I would highly recommend their services. A+ all the way around! Thank you ?

When insurance roadside assistance fails you, Titanium Towing won't. Long story short, my roadside assistance shafted me by telling me to wait 8+ hours to be helped. Screw that. I hit up Titanium Towing and Richard was able to help me in 15 mins!!!!Super friendly down to earth guy. Had a great conversation with him on the way to my mechanic. Hands down the best tow service I have experienced since moving down to Socal. He is THE GUY for all your towing needs!

I was just walking my elderly dog in my neighborhood. Titanium's Tow truck was blocking the sidewalk, driveway, and first lane of traffic. Pico is a busy boulevard, and I didn't want to walk into traffic that was already thick from the truck blocking a lane. I said to the owner of the body shop, "how would you like me to proceed?". The driver of Titanium lost it and screamed at me, threatening me with bodily harm, threatening to kill my dog and calling me a 'f*gg*t'. I don't know how their towing services are, but their drivers are violent, dangerous and homophobic. Please go elsewhere.

Richard answered right away, arrived right on time, took excellent car of loading and unloading my vehicle. Very professional, very efficient. 10/10 would recommend for any towing needs. Richard was awesome!

Car died on me around 9pm in Venice on 4th of July weekend. called around and Richard had all the other tow companies beat on price by a long shot. Told me he’d be here in 30 minutes and was there in 30 minutes maybe even less. Super professional and really cool guy. We had a 1.5 hour drive from LA to San Bernardino and enjoyed the whole ride there. Would definitely recommend and use his services again! Even gave us some good movie recommendations to watch on Netflix lol.

I was waiting for Nathan’s towing at S La Brea for over 3 hours through a AAA booking.They never showed and I was forced to go last minute through titanium towing, he was there in 15 mins and towed me all the way to my destination no problem, recommend to anyone in need of instant towing. Great service.

I've had my car towed more than a few times and this experience with Richard was by far the best service I've had. He arrived earlier than his ETA to me and towed my car off the side of the freeway at 10pm when AAA was giving me delay after delay. My tire had blown out and we were concerned about it hitting the fender when loading the car up. His attention to detail and slow, methodical ways of maneuvering the car up onto the truck was instrumental in preventing damage to my fenders done by the tire. My car is also lowered and he didn't scrape it at all, when all other tows I've had have done so. I'm really lucky to have found Titanium Tow on yelp and I highly recommend them, especially if you have a lowered or expensive car.

Can't recommend Titanium Towing enough! After being literally left out in the rain by another company, Richard came within the hour and the saved the day. He works quickly, professionally and has very reasonable pricing. He'll definitely be my first call next time.

Richard and Titanium Towing were recommended to me by a friend. He towed my classic Alfa out of a precarious situation this morning with kindness, professionalism, and at EXACTLY the time he said he would do it.I explained the parking situation to him over the phone and he asked for materials to do RESEARCH on the tow instead of showing up and throwing up his hands (like another company did a few months ago). I’ve been burned by towing companies, and this man and his company will be in my “Highest Recommendations” list in the future. Clearly a man who cares about delivering on his word and doing a good job. I don’t know how his prices compare to other private towing companies, but it was worth every penny to finally feel comfortable with a driver. Thanks!
