Super communicative and thorough, even when you bring them something that's a bit of a pain in the ass.
I brought my Seiko in because it just 'stopped'. Long story short, Tic Toc had to work with and ultimately send my watch into Seiko because they wouldn't sell the specific parts for my weird model. Tic Toc didn't charge me for the disassembly and problem solving to discover the issue either since they couldn't personally fix it (because Seiko wouldn't sell the parts).
That's incredible service. 5 stars, 100%

Tic Toc Watch repair is my go-to stop for watch repairs and/or getting new straps. Mike is a very careful and educated when it comes to watch repairs. I brought in a seiko alpinist that was running behind, and Mike got it working better than it did from when I first bought it. Also, his bands and straps are of the best quality from any other place I’ve been to in LA. Highly recommend

I have been to 3 different “watch repair” shops and none of them said they could fix my Seiko watch. I found Tic Toc and although he might be located in a flower shop, it was a no brainer. The gentlemen there was very professional and gave me a ticket to come back in 2 weeks. I got the call and he fixed everything including making it water tight again. I will be back!

My Rolex Submariner was starting to lose time. I hadn’t serviced it for years. I found Tic Toc Watch Repair on Google with glowing reviews so I gave them a call.
Took it in, Mike was really knowledgeable. I like that he didn’t just throw a price at me and take the watch. He took his time to inspect it, he opened it, took a look inside. Gave me his recommendations.
After dropping it off for service I decided I wanted a new bezel insert. Mike gave me 2 prices, one for genuine one for aftermarket. Which is nice, he left it up to me to decide what I wanted to put on my watch.
In the end after the service, polish and new bezel. My watch looked like brand new again! Aper happy with my choice on bringing it to Tic Toc Watch Repair. They are in Hollywood, Los Angeles. I wouldn’t take my Rolex Submariner anywhere else.
Very good experience at a fair price. Cheaper and faster than Rolex for sure.

I inherited a Rolex Presidential from my grandmother that wasn’t working. i resorted to yelp for a local watch repairman in Los Feliz. I landed on Tic Toc, gave them a call and the gentleman did such a good job at explaining the maintenance needed for Rolex watches. He said he would give me a free estimate if I bring it in so i did.
When i took it in he opened the watch, did a little diagnosis as well as his recommendations. We agreed on the price and estimated time needed. A few weeks went by and he texted me with a picture of my believed Rolex in pieces. it was surprising to see so many little gears inside.
It’s been a few weeks i’ve been wearing it now and it keeps excellent time. I couldn’t be happier! I would recommend Tic Toc to anyone who needs watch repair work done in Los Angeles!
P.S. The photo i uploaded is the photo he had sent me of the job he did which was a nice touch.
