Update: Had to reduce to one star.. Its been a nightmare here.Its almost a month and construction is still going on. It gets worse, a email from the management advising us that it will take another 8-10 weeks to complete everything.Elevators been broken for about 2 weeks.We now have one elevator and with all the tenants and construction workers its been very inconvenient to use the elevator. Couple times I had to literally wait over 5 minutes to get in one.Aside from all that, manager is another frustration. Shes also been here when the first flood happened. Thought she would handle it better this time but it was dejavu. She doesn’t seem to like dealing with tenants. She would always say she’ll call back and never does. I email her, no response.Totaling 4 month of construction here, I wonder how the management will compensate. Management actually called last week talking about compensating when construction is not even over yet(this was before the email regarding extension of construction period). Nice try! Will update again.************Going on my 8th year with The View apt. Apt and location is great, it would have been the perfect place where premium price feels worth it if we only had the old management in place. With the new management, the way they handle things makes you want to move. Within those 8 years the management has changed 3 times and currently am stuck with the worst one. Nothing good to say about the management here except kevin is great, his the reason for one extra star. So apparently the building just had another water pipe brokage. Fyi this is my second time going through this incident here at the view. I already knew from my first experience that management won’t care about you. The day flood happened no one came by to check instead they sent out a email the next day only to be told to file a claim through our own insurance with your own money out of pocket. 4 years ago when pipe first bursted, management only covered two nights of hotel when the construction was going on for 2 weeks. So for the remaining days I had to sleep with a commercial use dehumidifier in my bedroom.Just wanted to share how The View treats their tenants.

I’ve been living here for almost 3 years and it’s been an amazing experience! Kevin’s been super professional and a great source of help from the beginning of my lease, maintenance is always quick, and the apartment is kept clean. I had a long list of apartments when I was planning my move to LA, and having been living here, I definitely know I picked the best one. :)

If Sadaee (white lady, heavyset, dark hair) is still working here. DO NOT MOVE HERE!I'm moving out next month and received a bill for the full month of September. I'm moving out the 14. I ask Sadaee for a prorated rent bill, she then tells me to email her the bill I received for my rent. I ask if she can look it up in the system? She says No. I need to send her the bill. I then ask to speak with Kevin, she say she doesn't know when he'll be able to call me back and hangs up in my face.I've been living at these apartments for 2 years and have never had an issue with Kevin or the female property manager. They're always professional and kind.This lady Sadaee was hired a few months ago for the front desk and she has been making everything an issue; from me calling down to let my DoorDash up to having visitors. She's been harassing me and I don't understand why, but as long as she's working at the front desk I absolutely do not recommend moving here! It seems like she may be prejudice. All other staff is kind and professional from management to maintenance.I pay my high rent of almost 3k every month on time just to get treated like this. I'm honestly moving because of Sadaee. And if I have any more issues a lawyer will be involved. I'm being harassed by this lady for no reason. And understand if I can pay my high rent every month with no problem, I can afford a lawyer. Kevin or the property manager please give me a call as soon as possible. Thanks

Apartments are great, location is great, management is also great! But that's the end of it.Recently Sanctuary Fitness took over the Yoga space on the lower floor which was a good addition initially to the building and residents around, but as soon as they began adding people and classes it all turned to being woken up at 6am in the morning because the Gym can't control how loud they are are and they love to stop on the floor and walls which translates to hollow walls on apartments above to be extra loud.There's been multiple complaints from several residents to management yet they cannot control the Gym at all.

"I lived in the gate secure apartment complex and had a terrible experience. Last night, my car window was broken, due to their parking garage automatic gate was broken can’t close.and all of my valuables were stolen. Despite the supposed security measures in place, the gate to the complex was malfunctioning for a while, which made me feel even more unsafe. Additionally, there has been a persistent roach problem in the complex that management has not been able to resolve.When I asked the management for the footage, I was told that they would get back to me, but it has been more than six hours, and I still haven't heard from them. The lack of response and concern for my safety is unacceptable.If you are considering moving to this apartment complex, I strongly advise against it. The lack of security and delayed response from management is alarming. It's important to feel safe and secure in your living environment, and unfortunately, that was not the case for me at this complex." And non stop cockroaches issue ????

My time at the View apartments has ended due to job relocation....I can wholeheartedly say that my experience in Los Angeles was excellent - not because of the city, but because of where I lived.Kevin (Property Manager) was an excellent welcome to Los Angeles, and was always available to answer any questions I had about the property, the city, and life in general.The unit that I moved into was in excellent condition, and Kevin worked with me to keep my unit through unemployment, and a unit upgrade after a promotion. He was extremely organized, and made the leasing process extremely easy and convenient.I requested to have EV Charging fixed at the property, and within a week - it was done. I asked for my unit to be repaired, and maintenance had already completed the work before I returned home from work the next day.If only all property managers were this diligent, kind and thorough.Thank you View, and Thank you Kevin!

I just moved in and so far I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I was on a time crunch for a move-in date and they were super accommodating and responsive with viewings and through email. I was moving from out of state and they helped me get everything settled so My move in was easy. The complex is very nice and close to both food and fun. I’m excited to call this place my new home!

It's my second year staying at this apartment, just extended my contract last month. Very spacious rooms, Great amenity constantly being updated, and most importantly management officer is always helpful. Jenny Jung has been my great help ever since I entered and she's very quick to respond whenever there are needs.** Another update 4/1/2022.I had to move to Orange County for work, and I miss this place so much...I miss the spacious landscape that they made, and I miss the quick responses from the team :(

Amazing Justin was on time great personality excellent work explained everything and completed everything in a timely manner. Thank you to Jamie our amazing manager the best I have ever had she’s always very accommodating, professional and kind. All of the staff here at the view are amazing people.

The management is very nice and the maintenance staff is excellent. However most of the time the doorman is not at the desk. The doorman is often not available to buzz in guests. The doorman has seemingly stopped calling to let us know when food has arrived or even guests have arrived. This was done for years. Without a call system at the door to our units it is impossible to stay in contact and unnecessary trips are being made to the lobby and in the elevator during covid. Perhaps direction is needed or a second doorman. Thank you!

Inquired moving into this apartment and absolutely love it. I still have 2 months before my lease ends and definitely considering moving in. First I want to point out how clean this place is and how dedicated the staff is in keeping it that way. The building as I was told is very secure which had been an issue with my previous apartment. The units I visited were beautiful and modern with updated appliances perfect ergonomic layout for someone who works from home. I was helped by Jenny which I believe was the manager and I have to say this interaction had blown me away. She was very personable, professional, and kind. I had Thousands of questions and all of them were answered. I’m quite impressed as you can clearly acknowledge their staff have been properly trained.

Decided to come take a look at this apartment and it was actually very nice. The lobby has a really nice design and I loved their amenities. The workers there greeted me nicely and I like how everything was handled professionally. Spoke to a leasing agent, Kevin, and he was very detailed and went out his way to even tour a 1x1. The apartment didn't really meet my criteria's but I had an amazing experience with my time here and Kevin was a big reason for that.
