Great shop! I'm obsessed with my new Lost Angel vape. The sales person Free, I believe his name was, helped me out and I'm very impressed with his customer service skills. He could sell sand at the beach!! I'll be back, thanks again 😆😇

I bought a lighter from them and it broke on my second use. I asked if I can come in and replace it with a new one and the best you can give me a 10% off and I just spent 70+ dollars in that store and was about to buy $100 worth of product when I came back to replace the lighter and you hung up on me.It’s a bunch of kids running the store no older than go to say 25 which makes sense why they acted the way they acted to not care about revenue is wild. I would not go to the store ever again, and I heed anyone else who tries to go there smh ??♂️Mind you it’s only like a five dollar lighter and they won’t replace it blows my mindEdit: owner reached out to me mot even an hour after I posted this review. He sincerely apologized for the way his employees handled the situation and offered me some store credit. The fact that he called me personally speaks volumes. Most businesses wouldn’t even bother to do that. Because of that I’m going to change my rating. Cause I will say it’s a really nice shop and there prices are very competitive & they have anything you would want. In know how it is to be an employee and you have constant customers come in being rude so I can somewhat understand why they acted the way they did. But words of advice to the employees someone comes in and buys a decent amount of product and calls to ask for a replacement of a $5 cause it broke on second use just replace it cause doing so would stick in that customers head and most likely will make them a continuous customer. And I know for vape shops getting a repeat customers is clutch for revenue. Those reading this review besides them treating the situation the way they did I’d still definitely recommend this shop especially with the fact that the owner without hesitating called me personally to apologize. Much respect to that
