The essentials class kicked my butt! Loved that they had an assistant to the instructor to demo the different exercises. There is free street parking, or they validate for the parking for the structure.

Never did Pilates in my life because watching videos of it stresses me out. But the class for one of my friends where I met the instructor Samarah, Who is not only just a great trainer, but she's informative and educational. The facility is super clean and the people are really nice. Definitely recommend.
