My mom had bought a dress and took it here so they can make it her size. They said it would take a month. A month goes bye and they hadn’t done anything to the dress. So we had to come back in 3 hours in order to make it fit my mom. When they were done they had gotten the right measurements but still did the measurements ring . In other words, I wold not recommend this shop it is really horrible .

?????? Very poor customer service! Don’t go here, I do NOT recommend this place. I went to get my dress altered that I purchased from ZoeRose. Come to find out they’re the same owners Gabriel and Zoila. They ruined my dress with stains And Martha, the owners mother, said it was not her problem was very rude and did not offer any possible solutions . I will never be back to Red Umbrella or purchase anything from Zoe Rose. ??Service: Alterations

Horrible customer service, they misplaced my dress, they tried doing alterations on my dress that I did not ask for and almost gave my dress away to another customer. They said the dress would be ready in a week, called back a week later to find out they had not even worked on it. Would definitely not recommend to anyone.Oh and make sure you check they returned everything. My dress was missing the shawl. They claimed it didn't come with one, only to be found later under all the clothes they had on a table.

Calm, competent, quick, and honest. They tailored a tuxedo for me with only 20 hours before I had to pick it up: I didn’t have time to try it on in the shop, I just had to whoosh home and get ready for the gala. They had transformed that tux from weirdly droopy to a perfect fit.*Side Note: Two of the persons on the team speak English pretty well, but Spanish is the native language for the whole team. They graciously chatted with me in Spanish, taught me new words, asked me questions I could understand, etc. while I was standing on the stool & being measured and pinned together! I can’t promise language practice with any visit but it was a fun plus for me.

great customer service, trustworthy, professional and speedy with alterations. once altered tried it on and fit perfectly. i would recommend them, especially if you need alterations done quickly and correctly that day. maria did our alterations and was the best as well as the store manager.

This is the most pathetically pathetic alteration business. They were completely disrespectful to my wife when she picked up my slacks that were altered for a sky high price of $55.00 dollars. By the way that is what the slacks costed. When they gave her my pants, they were rolled up in a burrito and they placed them in a plastic bag. Jaw dropping blasphemy.Service: Alterations

I really want to give this place a better review because I was recommended by a trusted friend. I took my tux to get altered and the jacket sleeves were uneven. I took it back to get it fixed and they told me it would be ready in an hour. Unfortunately, I waited 2 and half hours for it to be fixed only to have the same issues with the sleeve length ( just less noticeable). Total waste of time and money. They pump out volume here and don't focus on quality. You'll see when you step in on a weekend and find it completely packed. Avoid at all cost.

Excellent... I went there for my dress in the same month my 2 daughters and my husband. We were all so happy same day service. And great work to follow. With great customer service. I highly recommend them

The lady and the guy working here are just unprofessional. ESPECIALLY the lady. I brought my dads suite to get altered here on his length and one leg kept being made longer than the other. When I addressed the length issue, the guy said it was the same but when he laid out the pants, and the leg was clearly longer, that's when they started catching an attitude. The lady had the AUDACITY to say it was my dads legs being the issue! Like WHAT?! Never had that happened so then she's telling me to relax when no one was catching the issue but I was only pointing out the obvious and her trying to insinuate my dads legs were f***** up! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Brought my gown in to be let out. They told me they had to add an additional panel by the zipper in the back, but they didn’t even measure me. When I came back the gown was way too loose and I tried to tell them but they just rushed me out of the store without addressing my concerns. Waste of money. Do not recommend. Will never be back here.

Good tailor shop. I went in to get some work done on some suits, and they fitted it with me and worked it out so it would work. When I picked it up, they were a little too tight so they fixed it to my preference without charging me again. Very friendly and helpful.
