Fun little shop to wander into on York in HLP. I remember they used to be on Figueroa a while back - just as a known skater shop. Now, they house a bunch of different trinkets from mugs, books, apparel, candy, stickers, cameras, film, cards, incense, soaps, etc. I ended up getting a few little items - a deck of cards, stickers, and flower seeds. Staff on deck was a female who was nice to talk to in terms of her informing me on the changes that they've made to the shop since they've moved from their old spot. If you're in need of a gift, stop on in cause you never know what you might find here.

Majorly overpriced big kids closet. Imagine your toy collection from childhood with more plastic, polyester & purposeless ironic books. Can’t imagine this place lasting the year, $75-$100 plastic sunglass, $100 polyblendfibers and a terrifyingly rude boy on his phone / working the counter

I watched a man behind the counter on his phone ridicule a kind young female Sunday afternoon, it was wild... reminded me of how the Germans treated the Jews in 1944, I can't imagine she felt happy after visiting The quiet life. Maybe it's time for a new employee guys? Look into that for the sake of humanity, there's nothing excuse for that sort of behavior
