I confirmed a building tour on 12/12 at530.When I arrived at 515 I was informed by staff that they were done for the day and to come back another day.I went out of my way to make my appointment on time (my work hours are 9 to 5) just to be turned down.This is a red flag and very unprofessional to me.

Just moved here few days ago and im very happy with my choice:) Larry has been very helpful and professional and helped me through the whole process. Staff is great and very friendly!

I love this place; clean, classy and many amenities…. The staff is very atentive and kind, and any minimum issue is atended immediately. If u wanna get a loft ask for Michael Create; he made my leasing so easy and practic.

What a great building. Michael and the rest of the staff are really awesome and seem like they genuinely care about the residents. I would 100% recommend If you are looking to rent an apt you should definitely check this place out.

Larry was a big help from the get go, he made sure that I was satisfied with every aspect of the process, from the viewing of the apartment to the decision making . The whole process was very easy because of his warm demeanor and his ability to make me feel comfortable and confident in choosing my apartment. I would definitely recommend you all to my friends and family and anyone who needs an apartment.

Been staying here at The Lofts for over a year and a half, and I am very pleased with my overall stay. The Staff are all Wonderful. The front office are very informative and communicate with . They keep up up to date with things that are going on.Zee, Mike, and Victor are all available and excited to find ways to make this a wonderful place to live.

I’d give 5 stars if it weren’t for the market rates hammering all of Downtown LA and they can’t control that. On the whole, the management is very responsive and willing to go the extra mile.

I've been here for four years and we've had some good people leave but we've also had some pretty Awesome consistent people as well....like Mike, Vincent, and Rob. But I must say we've NEVER had a Community Manager as great as Zee! Just absolutely AMAZING! To have someone who actually cares about the well-being of the tenants and the overall atmosphere/environment of the apartment community feels really good. The Lofts at the Security Building has some real precious gems at the moment... and I hope that they all know that they're doing an excellent job! : )

Wonderful place to stay! The staff is Great! Zee is very warm and is quick to answer any of my questions or solve any of my problems. Good place to stay. Rooms are huge High ceilings, on-site gym, and Multi-purpose room.

Amazing customer service i got all my questions answered as well as a tour of the building they have front desk security 24/7Mike Mckenna was the person that helped me and walked me through everything I needed he helped me apply for a room and got me in within a couple of days very helpful guy thanks again mr.mckenna keep up all the great work!

I made an appt to tour the apartment at 11:30. I rushed here and looking for parking in downtown to make this appointment and I've been waiting for 20 minutes and still haven't been seen. When I finally met the agent, he said the person I was emailing with didn't inform him and the apartment I was interested in was already taken the day before so I literally wasted 45 minutes and paid for parking for nothing

I'm shocked at how bad this place is. I literally have to hold on to pepper spray to come home. Meaning like from Uber to front door. The building has scaffolding that homeless people live in. I have no idea why it's called security building because you're not safe lol like I've seen so much. And just right by the door front and back. People shoot up, MASTURBATE, shit and pee right in front of it. You walk in swapping flies. It's actually crazy how much you have to pay to basically live with the homeless and watch them shoot up next to your entrance daily. I understand LA has a homeless problem but this building doesn't do much to protect just that space. Not safe, and disgusting up until you actually get in. The building also has issues almost biweekly, whether it's no hot water, not AC in the hot summer and my favorite elevators. (I've walked up 10 flights of stairs) When they shoot movies in the building, they figure out a way to secure the front and clean up but when it's over you're literally seeing naked homeless people pissing and shitting literally next to the building. ( I'll attach photos of how it looks at night ) I definitely think the building can do better about even getting more security in front of the building or constantly cleaning up. I'm literally mind blown and wish my lease was shorter. The view looks cool but I don't think it's worth it. There's other loft apartments around you can definitely check out. You'll regret this one promise you. The security guard who works at night is never in the front desk and also recently cursed at me twice (and after I complained let me know he didn't care on camera) for going into the mail room after getting impatient and going into the mail room that no one ever told me we weren't allowed to go into. (Imagine trying to run into the building and forgetting your keys and there's no one there to open the door)DO NOT LIVE here. If you like the neighborhood there are so many other loft style apartments. Don't let the Google reviews fool you like it did me. They're from 2 or more years ago.
