We used this service for well over a year and unfortunately too many clothes were shrunk. Customer service was helpful at first with putting a system in place of which items should not be dried. Unfortunately, the staff did not follow the instructions and we needed to cancel the service due to too many items being ruined. I wouldn't recommend as they are not good at following instructions

I've been using this service since it was Laundry Room Express. At that time, they were fabulous. Since the takeover, EVERYTHING, has gone downhill and downhill FAST. It began with zero notification of the changeover. None. Not EVEN a text. So little communication that their entire customer base whom rely on reminder texts were NOT notified with any texts AT ALL. Nor, were we given the "driver will be there in 15 mins so you better get your s*** in the bag and out that door so you don't have to see him now!!" So.... THEY JUST CAME KNOCKING! In a new fkn van, wearing new clothes and who remembers their faces?!!! This happened for weeks!!! Then the clothes come back fkn folded wrong. Not once. Not twice. But now mom getting other peoples s******* Whose getting my s**** Who's got my panties?! I don't want these panties?!! And for fks sake. I send my stuff out. Pay for it. So they can get the hair off. Not so it can return with all clean hair!!!!! This batch was the worst of all. Every tank is folded a different way and placed in between other s**** Same with the jeans. It's ridiculous. They ask you how you want your s*** folded. Then laugh. Say. Okay. Cmon. Let's. Split up everything. And you do you!!!! No way am I using this place again unless they come here and fix this mess!!!!

I had some major issues with the laundry that was returned to me today. As a first time customer, I emailed regarding the possibility of sending my own detergent and was told that it was not a problem. I put in the special notes that I sent my own detergent as my children have severe eczema and allergies. Either my detergent was not used or dryer sheets were used, which I selected "no" to, as my clothes came back with a scent. Additionally, the pillowcase I sent the laundry in was not returned. Clothes were also wrinkled, not sorted as requested, folded several different ways, and the socks rolled instead of folded, as requested. I now have to rewash and fold all the clothes. This is extremely disappointing and absolutely not acceptable for a professional laundry service. I would give zero stars if possible. I reached out and was told they would open an investigation with the facility manager to see how they could resolve the problem. Currently waiting to hear back as they said they cannot issue a refund without talking to the facility manager first.

Anyone want to give a clue of the prices? They want you to JUST SIGN UP before telling the pricing. Lots of competition. I guess they must be crazy expensive? I'd LOVE to know the pricing.

They are the best laundry service in LA. I had few bedding items( FOUR bedsheets and THREE mattress pads) to be cleaned. They saved me not only tons of money but also time. The pricing is reasonable and the Customer service is the absolute best!!! Kind and willing to help. Very clean and professional! I even got $20 off on my first order.I'm glad to have picked the right place to wash my clothes at..If I need to wash and dry my clothes again this would be the place I would come back to..I recommend this to everyone.Services: Delivery

No signs of old stains. My clothes were so cleaned and well-folded. The service is always of high quality. The service charge also was within my budget. I highly recommend this place.

not sure how anyone else is having an easy time with this service. I booked a pick up and was not given a specific time. The driver called and my husband answered and he gave no info about picking up and when he called back the call was ignore. None of the numbers work to call for assistance they all go straight to voice-mail.

This was my first time using this service. The pick up drop off situation is very stressful if you're an active busy person person with no one else at home to wait around until they come. They don't give you a specific time frame. You get to choose AM or PM but I picked AM and they did not arrive until early afternoon. as to when they'll come and pick up your clothes. They wait until about 10 minutes before they arrive to send you an email or text but prior to that it's up in the air. As for drop off I was told it would be dropped off the next morning and that again there's no specific time. I waited all morning as I was told that it would get there in the morning. At around 1pm I was emailed that they had changed the day. I was livid. Then I got a text and email saying they were coming by between 1:45-1:55pm. Which they did arrive at 1:52pm. The driver is super nice and my clothes came back folded nicely and clean. I'd say this service is for someone who isn't busy or is staying home all day for two days otherwise if you've got a busy schedule it's pretty stressful.

My daughter grabbed 4 of my beautiful Anthropologie curtains with washable Crayola fingerpaint on her hands (it happens), so I sent the curtains to Laundry Room Express. The curtains shrunk severely and were returned to me SEVEN INCHES SHORTER than when I sent them in ($600 worth of curtains and they no longer reach the floor). I immediately sent a text message to the company reporting this and never received a response. A few weeks later, I emailed the company and they offered to let the curtains out. I was hopeful that this would return my beautiful curtains to a functional state, but they only let them out 4 inches. The curtains still don't reach the floor and they look ridiculous in my windows. And, after this second trip, the curtains now have a huge dark brown stain that was not there before I sent them back the second time. I think they may have been burned when they were ironed. And - to be clear - the washable Crayola fingerpaint is still on the curtains. I am baffled and I wish I had just hand-washed these when I had the chance. Now, I have to replace all 6 curtains in my apartment - something I cannot afford to do. I don't like to write reviews like this, but the company hasn't managed to fix this after many emails and phone calls. I'm hoping that a Yelp review has the power to reimburse me for these destroyed curtains.

My clothes were picked up and returned on time as promised and it was amazing to do nothing!! Best thing about the service is, they take all the precautionary measures in this COVID time. So I feel safe to give my laundry to them. Good job!! I intend to use their service time and again.Services: Dry cleaning

I highly recommend this business. They picked up my elderly neighbors' laundry for months and brought it back every week neatly organized and folded. I was really impressed by their attention to detail when I helped them unload their clean clothes. The wife's clothes were in one bundle, and the husband's in another bundle, all in plastic. The prices seem quite reasonable too; it costs less than having someone come to your house and wash your laundry.

I meant to do this earlier and I apologise to the owner, but because you offered to correct the situation I felt it wasn't fair to keep up the one star review. Things happen. And I was too distracted to look up the prices of the items so that's on me. Thank you for trying to address the issue.
